Burger King — Restaurant in Salisbury

Here's a friendly Public Service Announcement - ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD FROM FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS!

We went to Burger King on Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury, NC.. The person taking the order kept getting it wrong and after going back and forth several times it was finally taken. When we got the order there where items missing and when we pointed it out the staff seemed not to care and took forever to correct it.

A manager finally noticed us and fixed the issues even offering to comp fries, a pie or something else for our wait which has been about twenty minutes at this point which we politely declined.

Upon getting home when we were approximately half way through eating we discovered we had been given a MOLDY dessert. We took back the remainder of the food and showed it to the manager who could only day "oh that's not good" and walk away after taking the food from us.

Worst burger king I have very been to. Burger king on Jake Alexander Rd. Salisbury NC. My last 3 orders I door dashed and it was wrong everytime. Today I decided to pick my order up at this location. I tried to go in to order take out and 12 noon and the dining room was closed even though there is a sign on the door that says open for carryout only. So I went through the drive thru and they screwed my order up again. So I had to circle back around to get my order fixed. They were very rude. When I placed my order the girl working the speaker in a very rude tone said " is that it". I said yes and she said "last window then". I ordered a whopper an impossible whopper 2 large onion rings and a medium fry not one bit of it was warm. I just don't understand how they are still in business with the type of quality and service coming from there. Never again will I eat at any burger king. You all have lost a...

Worst place, the staff is very unprofessional. If you think your getting fast service think twice. If you don't have 30 minutes to 45 minutes to spare this is not the place stop. As long as u wait, u figure it will be delicious but it is usually cold, not made correctly, basically it is not have it your way. I go every great now and then hoping the service has change, NOT. Today was the worse yet. Pulled up at drive through line wasn't moving. Went inside asking were they open, the young lady said yes. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. The three young ladies kept working drive through.
