Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Salisbury

I ordered a bbq chicken ranch sub. They gave me a small tuna sandwich. I called the store and had to deal with so much unnecessary unprofessionalism. 4 employees all claimed to be the manager and that I had to call back on Monday. A gay guy told me to come to the store if I have a problem that he would call the police on me. I said “sir I’m just trying to talk to a manger” he said “I don’t like your attitude” all the employees got aggressive, every single one. They clearly were not trained for to lead or to even work there. I called again and asked if I could record the call for my lawyer just in case. This wasn’t about a wrong order anymore the employees were threatening me. I had my gun out in case they came to my house, that’s how badly they were threatening me. This shouldn’t be seen as violent intent, but rather self defense. My lawyer said I can sue the individuals for this. Very unprofessional, extremely dangerous and aggressive behavior. I’m a USA army veteran known in my community for my accomplishments, this went way out of hand. UPDATE: employees messaged and called me from their personal numbers to violently threatened. I have the text messages, my lawyer wants me to file a restraining order. Why is the staff this unprofessional? They said they have my phone and address and will beat me up and call the police on me. If this isn’t resolved by the store owner in 24hours I will take legal action. You do not threatened me or my wife, you do not steal our personal information. Your store and your staff all claiming to be manager will not be tolerated. Stalking will not be tolerated. If you threatened mines I will protect it...

This was my first time ordering from Jimmy John's and I've never had this issue before. I ordered a delivery order last night on door dash and was informed that jimmy John's delivers their own orders. I've never had an order literally count all the way down to 1 minute still listing as being prepared. I called and received a dry half greeting and checked on the status of my order. I was told my order was voided because they called twice and then voided it. I informed them that I had been sitting by both my house and mobile phone waiting for someone to call and no one ever contacted me and as of that moment my order was still listed as being prepared, not cancelled. He then told me well I don't know what to tell you, we voided the order and you should get your money back shortly, plus we're short staffed. I'm like so really y'all didn't call but voided the order because you were short staffed. After that I disconnected without further discussing anything. Then I waited for about 30 mins to an hr before finally receiving an email stating they cancelled the order, with a note saying I wouldn't get my money back until 5-7 business days. Very poor service. If you weren't planning to take anymore delivery orders LITERALLY HOURS before your closing time, then you should've updated that online so that no one could have access to submit an order. Luckily I received a nice representative from door dash who managed to issue my money back immediately rather than waiting, when usually you'll have to wait if a merchant cancels and...

The food was great!! On the other hand I placed my order, got to the window the and was handing my card to the girl she had the key pad on a stick and said it’s better if you hold it. I tapped my card and before realizing it I clicked okay to pay and at that moment I was like wait a min she said $25 and some change. So I questioned her about it and she said let me look and closed the window. Came back and said it added a tip. There was no option for a tip on the key pad. Ole girl was trying to get me for an almost $4 tip for taking my order and handing me my food. She said the manager took care of it but I’ll be checking my bank account to see if it was returned. You run a drive through you are not a waitress you are not entitled to a tip you literally took my order and handed me my food and stole from me. And acted like you didn’t do anything wrong I doubt the register just rings in a tip. Y’all better be watching these ppl they are scamming you out of your hard earn money when they make more than $2.30 an hour or however much a waitress makes an hour....
