Amazing addition to Salisbury! I will admit I was heartbroken when Kanpai closed so this venue had a special place in my heart with big shoes to fill. Koji did not disappoint. My family loves Korean food and eats it often so I was excited to try this place. We over ordered and tried a lot. The tempura fried green beans were a great appetizer. The Korean fried chicken wings (garlic) had less sauce than we are used to but the flavor was great. In addition to the Korean menu there is a limited sushi menu. We tried two sushi rolls (the Red Dragon and the White Dragon, sans cream cheese because im not big on cream cheese in my rolls). I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious flavor and it was obvious the tuna was very fresh and high quality - excellent! We tried three entrees - galbi, spicy pork, and the beef bulgogi. All was good but the galbi was the best. The entrees came with generous sides - rice, kimchi, noodle salad, a really good spicy miso soup, steamed egg, shrimp tempura, and Korean fried dumplings. The best part about this place though was the service. This is a true family run business with mom, dad, and son. Everyone checked on us throughout our meal and even brought us some cake for dessert. If you like Korean this is a must try place!

Koji is my new go-to spot. I want to give a HUGE thanks to Esther and Ashley, the servers! They talked to my friend and I pretty much all night, they were so fun and engaging! The food was fresh, the atmosphere was quaint and cozy- it’s just an all around great spot! I definitely recommend Koji to anyone who loves Korean/Japanese food. My favorite will always be the kimchi, I’ve been eating kimchi since I was 8 years old and Koji has the best kimchi. Thank you Esther and Ashley for making me and my friends visit so special.

Amazing just as advertised! They are open at 11am for lunch no reservations needed . All the food is tasty , fresh , and made with passion . It’s a family business and they all seem to work really well together to ensure a perfect experience. The soft eggs is a must try !

It was 5 pm on a Saturday night, my girlfriend and I were craving some dinner. She asked, lets get some food, I made a quick google search and found this place. At first I was skeptical, new Korean place in town? I was hesitant but hungry enough to abide. We get there and the staff was amazing, I spoke to the chef, server, owner and everyone under the sun. I was amazed at the sheer amount of attention and care. all this to say I greatly recommend this place. If I see this restaurant 10 years down the line I have succeeded in all things...

Four of us visited Koji on opening day, Sept 1. We tried the Korean food. The service was exceptional (Jeremy(?), Ashley, and Rachel), and the food was very authentic home-cooked Korean. We tried the spicy pork belly, pork bulgogi, shrimp tempura, assorted tempura, and japchae. Chefs are two sets of very experienced family members. Every item was delicious. Prices very reasonable. Having lived in Hawaii and experienced very good Korean food there, this was an amazing culinary experience here in Salisbury. Will be...
