Replying to @Emma Brunet Once upon a time, in the enchanted lands of New England, I set forth on a noble quest: to discover the Holy Grail of roast beef sandwiches. My greatest comfort, my truest love, my meaty muse — surely, somewhere, the chosen one awaited its crown. This chapter of my journey carried me to Niko’s Place in Salisbury, Massachusetts. Legends had been whispered of its wonders, and so I arrived with great anticipation. The moment I stepped inside, the air shimmered with possibility, as if unseen hands were guiding me toward destiny’s plate. And then — the first bite. Suddenly, the world transformed. Rivers of James River BBQ sauce cascaded through valleys of roast beef. Clouds of pillowy mayonnaise floated above, soft and sweet. Onion roll mountains rose high, and there I was, astride a unicorn, carried into a kingdom where every flavor reigned in harmony. The sandwich itself was pure magic. The beef — thick enough to keep its noble character, yet tender enough to yield at the gentlest whisper. The mayo and sauce — bound together in perfect balance, a union so divine it could be cradled in one’s hands like a newborn, without ever demanding the clumsy tools of fork and knife. Generous, flavorful, and tender beyond belief, the beef was a treasure bestowed in abundance. I ate, entranced, until I realized the spell had nearly carried me to the very end of the sandwich without my noticing. When I returned from that roast beef dreamscape, only crumbs remained. Still, the memory lingers — bright, bold, and haunting my thoughts, even in sleep. And so, dear reader, I must return. For fairy tales are meant to be lived again. šŸ«¶šŸ»šŸ¤™šŸ» Beef score: 8.1 #fyp #willy3way #beefscore #newengland #roastbeef

I have enough pizza place credibility to be writing this review. Trust me, if you're near Amesbury / Salisbury go here. The place down the street doesn't wear gloves. Niko's is clean, wears gloves, and will make your food right. The people at Niko's are very pleasant and the food has good portion amounts. The owner even spoke a bit of Greek to me when I told her I had been learning it.

Sandwich was okay, little too saucy if you ask me. My gf had the clams. Which was 20 bucks for alot of frys, some o-rings, some very dry coleslaw and maybe 10 or so decent sized clams. Everything in her meal desperately needed some salt. Overall decent amount of food for the price but wouldn't be my goto for quality.

I travel all over New England for work exploring the food along the way. So I have some experience in the area of Roast Beef. Niko's Super beef is good, really good. You would be hard pressed to find better. I would only add a minor addition, but we are splitting hairs at this point. A touch more cheese. This place rocks! Update: Best Roast Beef goes to a tie between Bentleys Roast Beef out of Amherst and Nikos Roast Beef. I especially love the beef, and BBQ sauce, at Nikos. That fresh, perfectly cooked beef and that pepper corn and clove in the bbq-- outstanding. A sliver more provolone, or sharp provolone or cheddar, and Nikos takes the cake. The onion roll is better at nikos too. So what am I saying, nikos is the best I've had so far when it comes to a super beef. The dude below talking about more seasoning in the meat is clearly wrong. Get your sauce on the side and you will see...

Place is a coin flip. Generally only go there for the super beef and that’s where they shine. Anything else and somethings going to go wrong or not live up to expectations.. called about a half hour before I got there and they said they would throw in a pizza for slices as I just wanted a couple for the kids. Upon getting there they only had 2 slices when they said they would have a new pie. Then told me there is nothing they are going to do about it which was irritating. If the kids weren’t already sitting down that would of been it and we would of left but either way. The fact that you promise me these things and not deliver is really annoying and a fracture on the businesses integrity and that is no good. On top of that the fries and onion rings were very soggy and unappetizing. Very disappointed with...

This will be the last time we order from here! The hamburger and coleslaw were packed together, so the hamburger was a little bit cool and the coleslaw was absolutely gross and warm, but that's nothing compared to the soggy french fries and hot salad packed together in the Styrofoam container. In fact, the tomato in that salad was hotter than the one on the hamburger! It was so gross that I even called the store to ask if in the future what I could do to make sure if I ordered a platter, I got cold salad and not soggy fries and the rude man on the phone said that's just how they pack things and there's no way apparently in his limited imagination to avoid that - so going forward if I order takeout, I will just be stuck with a hot salad and soggy fries every time. Who runs customer service that way? I...
