Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Salisbury

Save your money, go to Pizza Hut or Dominos, or honestly anywhere else. Spent 70$ here. Not the type of person to leave a review. However, Called the manager and told them my breadsticks were burnt. She said, “I am the one who made them, and they are not burnt”. Almost broke my tooth giving it the benefit of doubt. They also messed up on my pizza, which was only two toppings. Said they can come back to drop off the 10 extra sauces I bought, which they forgot. They are not going to reimburse the breadsticks at all. Hopefully, this review with the images will grab their attention. Very rude on the phone. Only gave one star because i liked the delivery person. Will update on if they come back to drop off the sauces and toppings that they forgot. However, the pizza is good. UPDATE: delivery driver came back with toppings and dipping sauces! The last two times I've visited (nearly a month apart) they only had one working oven. The first time I let it go, as the lady at the register was apologetic and communicating regularly about our order status. It took about an hour from order time until it was ready. The second time I walked in 30 minutes after placing the order, was asked my name and then the employee just walked away without saying anything. Took another 20 minutes to find out that they still only had one oven. No communication and the employees this time around were rude. Waited for over an hour and was told my order wasn't even in the oven yet, so I left. This location needs some serious help. Nearly one month with only one functioning oven...

This location had no delivery driver so they used a door dash delivery driver. They brought my pizza and wings but no 2 liter soda. When I asked the driver he said they didn't give it to him. I pointed to the sticker on the pizza box that said +1 2L Starry and he said I had to call the store. I spoke with the manager at the store and was told my only option was to pick up the soda from them, no delivering the soda, no refund (of course I had paid 3.49 for the soda, 4.99 delivery fee plus 7.00 tip for the driver). This is a perfect example of poor customer service. I will NEVER order from this location...
