The food is really good. Though, if ordering double meat, they will cheat you, particularly on a slow day. Trying to make up for lost revenue I suppose. The guy cooking my food today 12/09/24. Was a piece of work. I ordered double meat. I said something to the cashier whom put an extra half ladle of beef on the grill. She was the only reason I gave a 4 star on the service. Usually when your food is cooked and put into the tray, they ladle the teriyaki sauce over the top. He did not, just slide the tray towards me. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and he gave me a little, like 1/3 ladle, when I asked for more, he gave me a tad more with a look like I was bothering him and needed to go away. I won't order again if I see him cooking and that a shame cause I'm a regular there and really enjoy the food. Please don't be so rude and cinch y when I'm paying almost 17.00 for a tray of mostly noodles and cabbage, and with a little bit of meat...

Female at the counter with glasses has a very nasty attitude. She rushes through the order and hardly gives you a chance to speak. The cooks don't speak English or if they do, they just revert you back to the female taking the order. I have visited this place 4 times in the last 3 years but my most recent trip 3/31 was the worst. 2 people before me both had issues with the female, I didn't pay much attention hoping it was just minor but sadly not. I had the same issues as the others ahead of me. It wasn't at closing time, there wasn't a long line and there was no reason to be rushing. Sadly with the mask and her dialect you can't understand her very well. No need for such a nasty attitude and going 1000 mph. Food is mediocre at best. At least the food could be better to offset the nasty attitude but that is not the case. Unless you REALLY want greasy lo mien...

What a horrible experience. If I could give less than one I would. Was accused of trying to steal my friends food, she could barely walk, then was told I already was served when I wasn't. Showed my reciept that I paid and the staff tried to keep my reciept. Other patrons were telling them I ordered and paid and they ignored them too. Then and only then when I demanded a refund oh they were able to put rice chicken and veggies in a take out. Shady place horrible staff and less than...
