Bought a ring last week and the sales people pushed us into a financing agreement told us no interest or fees on the payments and when I downloaded the app to pay the financing I see the payment is 250 more then what was agreed upon people will say oh it’s just 250 but no that’s not what was agreed on they misinformed me didn’t disclose the charges and fees lied about it being a finance agreement when it was a leasing agreement which is a mispractice and sleazy sales tactic to close the deal paid 70$ in application fees and didn’t notice until after I didn’t have any receipt showing I paid 70$ for that fee wouldn’t trust them on any info regarding financing be aware read everything ask questions before they charge you ! The bottom line is the agreed price was 2000$ I paid 950 down 70$ in a supposed application fee for financing agreement I was told no taxes will be charged no interest and was lied to then they call me back saying oh it’s the financing company charging you that not me as if they didn’t know when they do business like this all the time don’t over promise or tell people things that aren’t true you lied and hid any information on fees taxes and other hidden charges and fees and when I make a review you wanna call and settle the dispute you should of disclosed all that information first you guys should have known about those charges instead you let me go home to find out after I’ve been charged for leasing agreement not financing agreement like you...

I have known the owners of Diamond Emporium since the first day they opened for business. They are two of the greatest guys I know and their prices cannot be beat! My husband and I spend literally every Friday night hanging out with them and we have definitely spent a good deal on their jewelry as well. What impressed me the most is first if all, the two brothers are two of the most genuine, honest people you will ever meet. Wow! Sam and his team are without a doubt the most customer service oriented team I have ever experienced! Sam was right on point in showing me my options on the purchase of a watch according to my requirements. When I finally chose what I wanted, Sam made sure it fit perfect and took the time to educate me on how to use my first automatic watch. It was the perfect purchase!
