Yummy Asian — Restaurant in Salisbury

I placed an order at 6:17 for delivery (I live less than a mile from this restaurant but was feeling lazy). I called at 7:24 to check on the status of my order. I was told that they hadn’t started cooking my order because the driver was taking longer than expected and they did not want my food to arrive ice cold. I thanked her and calmly hung up and waited for my food even though I was already angry at this point. I was promised my order would arrive in 20-25 more minutes. It’s now 8:00 pm. I call the restaurant again to cancel the order and was told that the driver was on his way and would be there soon. I wait another 15 minutes (it’s now been exactly two hours since I’ve placed my order) and the delivery driver arrives. I was never offered a discount or any sort of compensation (I work in a restaurant on the weekends and have worked in the industry for 7 years now, this is what any other restaurant should and would have done to someone that waited two hours for their food) and paid the full price to the delivery driver and tipped him because regardless he still drove to my house. Once I opened my food, it was cold and the food honestly had no flavor. I am not impressed or happy with my first experience. I waited two hours for a cold meal that didn’t taste good. I tried this place from a recommendation of a friend and am sad to say that I will never eat from this restaurant again. Moral of the story, if you order from here, dine in or pick it up yourself. There are much better restaurants in the Salisbury/Fruitland area. The woman on the phone was never rude or nasty. She was very polite all three times I called.

The food is cheap. You get what you pay for. Since this is a new restaurant, I hope to see them do better...

The place was small and did not look attractive at first so we did not expect to have a nice dinner here. My first pick was some fruit and I did not like it. But when we started with food we realized that the quality is pretty decent! This is true, the selection was not as big as in big buffets, but each Chinese food we tried was fresh and cooked properly. During the dinner they constantly replenished dishes, the only one we had to wait for some time was something with shrimp. One thing that did not work for us was water we asked for and the quality was not very good - we assume this type water they have in that area. It was not biggie as we had some bottled water in our car plus they had soda selection. The furniture at a few spots might look dirty at first but when you take closer look you realize that some of them are older and this is just a light touch of wear. We did not see any sign of dirt during our visit. In general considering the location, cheap price and very good food and being not extremely picky our vote is 5. Will definitely come back during next travel...

While having my car serviced at Firestone I checked out this new "Yummy Asian" restaurant. They offer a sit-down menu to choose from with 3 different Asian styles Foods! The new owners are very friendly and speak English well! I did try their Buffet as I'm a diabetic and was very hungry, the food was quite tasty! Sunday, the next day I return back to check them out a 2nd time, the cook / Chef was putting out more buffet items in small amounts. I suspect it was to control the quality and to produce less waste!? However, when he topped off the existing foods; he did not rotate the food properly putting new on top of old! The Golden Rule for buffet-style type dining is (FIFO) which is First In First Out! My next visit would be doing the sit down to choose from the menu as this new restaurant it has a lot of potential being only...
