I’d like to start by saying I LOVE this place. However, in the last year prices have gone up significantly. Which, considering the state of the country comes to no surprise. However, in addition to high prices, poor service seems to be the common denominator here. Yesterday I ordered a no. 2 (2 beef taco meal) for $14.99, which is pretty reasonable since it comes with rice and beans. We also ordered 1 a la carte order of cheese enchiladas (comes with two enchiladas) for $9.99, I mean ARE YOU KIDDING ME! A la carte nearly the same price as an entire meal. We also go a drink, I didn’t order a large but they assumed and gave me a large and I didn’t have the heart to tell them they got the order incorrect. However I did ask why the price was so high and the window attendant apologized but when I asked to remove the enchiladas he said he didn’t know how to so I essentially was forced to keep the order. So all in all, $30 later, I get home and the enchiladas were wrong, chicken not cheese, the beans had a crusty layer on the top and the beef tacos had more lettuce than actual beef. What an extreme disappointment considering I live 20 minutes away and did not want to turn around to return the order. Sadly I will no longer be frequenting this place, between the high prices, lower quality in food and service this place doesn’t even deserve 3-stars but I have never given a bad review before and didn’t know what was...

I can't give it a negative amount of stars so 1 star will have to do. I ordered off a menu thing online and when I Went to pickup my order even after I had already PAID for it online they said no sorry... we haven't had online menu ordering for a few months now. I was like what about my money? They said its on your card. I went to look and it was not on my card. They refused to let me ask any more questions even yelled at me when I called down there again even to try to just place an order over The phone. Since no where else was open I was forced to pay AGAIN $20 more to them to be able to get anything. The manager did not even try to fix it in any way even though she acknowledged the fact that yes we did order and paid the money that she insisted was still on my card. She said they couldn't even get into the application... if that was in fact the case why would she even try to act like she knew what was or wasn't going on with the money I paid for the food online with. When I asked who do i talk to about the money I paid out and got nothing...? She simply replied "yo no se!" I will not EVER go back there and will tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had with beto's Mexican...

I was there about an hour ago,I ordered a smother chili burrito and a steak tostado the cashier had no mask on or gloves and the cooking was making my food without a mask on,and preparing my food and the customers food that was waiting at the drive thru,So gross and the restaurant is surly in violation, and spreading covid 19 worst, I said to the cashier is the cook not wearing gloves,he ignored me like he didn't speak English but took my order in English!the food was gross after seeing that ,trashed it and left didn't want to get into a fist fight, the owner should be ashamed of putting the public at risk, and the customer waiting at the drive thru had no idea that they were being served in that manner, the health department should close this place until they can follow the guidelines of the cdc,Bad 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡for our community, citizens Stay away from ...

I have come to this location three times four breakfast and have been extremely disappointed each time. I forked out the extra three or four bucks for the combo breakfast burrito and it was basically just full of sausage (cheap not good microwave sausage at that) not so much any of the other meats that I pay four dollars for adding insult to injury. The burrito is half the size of a breakfast burrito that you would expect from an establishment like this go to Rancherito’s 100%. I will never come back to betos because it is not a good value and I honestly feel like I gave them six more dollars than it was worth. Like seriously this thing is tiny for 13 bucks Shame on betos

The food is getting more expensive everytime I go. It's still good, but $5 for this fish taco with a piece of fish the size of my finger is easy overpriced. On the plus side: The ingredients were fresh and the white sauce was delicious. Carne asada fries: While they don't look they are going to be anything special they are delicious! It's simple, the meat is tender and actually has flavor. How many other places' asada is just rubbery, dry and tasteless? Beto's is awesome. The fries are loaded with meat, sour cream, guan and cheese. So much so that I think they need more fries under all of it.

I eat taquitos from this style restaurant constantly, At least twice a month, but not yet from this location. The toppings were great fresh veggie and solid cheese and guacamole. However the issue is the meat inside had zero flavor like cardboard and was also not even warm while eating fresh and the shell was still hot the inside was a cold bland never do it again disappointment. It made the entire dish inedible and a waste of $10. The amount of water in the container also made eating just the salad and toppings incredibly bland and gross as well. Will not be coming back
