Your lady in the testing room is extremely rude. I've had to take many tests here to get my licenses and certification for my career. The lady here has been rude to me multiple times. You shouldn't have someone who treats people this way in your resting room. I have anxiety and ptsd. She caused me to have a panic attack before my test. Which upsets me because I had to pay $90 for this test. I'm already a nervous test taker and she added to that. I'm also pretty sure she was discriminating against me for how I look. They didn't let me know that a book I had was late until I received a $240 charge on my debit card which will also cause me to to have an overdraft on my account. I can't dispute the charge for a week since they are closed for the holidays. Also the book I used less than five times cost over $100 to rent! I love going there and spend the my full day in there. I learned a lot from SLCC. I have a plan to going there for Fall semester and study in there and learning more things in there. I used to go there few years ago and I studied the English. My English wasn't very good before going to college but after I went to SLCC for 1 years I learned a lot from my BEST TEACHERS and my English got much better now.
