Burger King — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

horrible do not go here ok i have had two very bad experiences one nearly killed me another well food was very cold when delivered first the almost killed me, i was at the burger king with my neighbor on 12/08/19 and they went thru the drive thru, i specifically asked them to tell them NO LETTUCE and light onion as too much onion gives me heartburn but the NO LETTUCE is because im allergic to lettuce, they put up the no lettuce and light onion on there board thru the drive thru and amazingly when i got the food to my apt i wasn't paying attention at first but omg EXTRA LETTUCE hanging over the sides i didn't notice thank goodness i was at my house so i could treat my hand with calamine lotion as touching it or eating it is very bad news for me , they cant even do anything when you call so im posting on google to warn others of food allergies to STAY AWAY from here if you value your life or health

the second incident was on December 3rd thru door dash. ordered a small meal with a shake the shake was half melted and food was cold and im honestly not sure how a shake can melt in December and have cold food delivered to me from door dash, they indicated the same burger king on 1300 south getting the food. it took about an hour to arrive so i can see cold food but honestly not so much a melted shake. i tried to reheat the food but all i did was turn to rubber , in both cases food had to be thrown away

BURGER KING really needs to get there act together before someone dies and they sue them for negligence and they really need to make sure door dash brings food in about 10 - 15 min not 1 hour . ill be happy to provide my personal info to someone to compensate me for at least one of the meals if they send me an email asking for more detail im not posting that in...

This post is the most recent (4/3/24). Great service, friendly employees, clean dining room, hot and delicious food. The counter woman was courteous and helpful. She made a fresh batch of onion rings. I'm very happy with the positive changes I'm seeing here. Keep up the good work!

Went through the drive through shortly after 6pm with two friends. Ordered 6 whoppers, got 4. Wouldn't answer repeated calls, so we drove back over where the manager replaced the missing burgers at no cost. Listless employees. Zero hustle. Apathy evident at every turn. I'm editing my original review to address my latest visit. I ordered 4 chicken nuggets, meal- style. As I was walking up to the restaurant prior to entering, I saw a bunch of employees congregating outside, near the building. They were laughing, joking... there were small children present - maybe it was take your child to work day: the same employees and small children were coming and going through the kitchen and dining area. A young lady in some position of authority was piggy back riding throughout the kitchen. Maybe 50%of the people behind the counter were uniformed. Who knows who the others were? It took 15 minutes to get my order, all the while I watched more horseplay than work. At last my food arrived. It was hot, good. I'm not sure if I was supposed to get sauce for the nuggets - nothing was offered. The dining room tables were Almost Clean. I'm not sure why I keep...

Super bummed out! First I went to the Burger King on North Temple and Redwood Rd. I left after sitting in the drive thru waiting to order for almost ten min. I was the only customer there too so it wasn’t like they were busy or anything. I decide to make the drive to this one cuz I was really looking forward to a Whopper and an ice cream cone. As I start to order I notice every time i said something to add to my order the person on the other end would scoff or take a heavy breath as if I were an irritant or something. I tell myself I’m just being over sensitive or something and disregard it. Then They were out of ice cream! Bummer! So then he asks me if I want ketchup I reply with “fry sauce please” but they were out of that too. So i request ketchup instead. Didn’t get it tho. Part of my meal came with nuggets for which I would love to have eaten with bbq sauce but I didn’t get any sauces whatsoever. He was not friendly at all but maybe he was having a bad day. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience but it definitely could have been better so I was let down. I’d still give it another shot cuz we all have off...
