Ordered ahead online and checked in when I got there. The line was outrageous. When I finally got to the window, they asked me to pull forward. I did... And that is where I sat for the next 32 minutes before I went in and requested a refund. The kid manager was upset and told me it was my fault for ordering 9 milkshakes. They were mini milkshakes and by the time they were finally done making them they were all melted. 9 or not, 32 minutes is unacceptable. There are only three flavors, so they could have made one large and poured it into the mini shot glass sized cups. But instead, he felt it necessary to blame me for my order. Then tried to the whole guilt trip that he was going to "allow" me to take it anyway because they were just going to throw it away now... It wasn't about getting free food. And it was already melted so I definitely DID NOT want that mess in my car. No, I did not take it. I told them to give it to next person that walked in if they didn't want to throw it away but I didn't want it. Took my party down the road and got the 9 milkshakes elsewhere in much less than 32 minutes. I have worked in the service industry and understand all the different things that could potentially happen. Super slammed, short staffed, training associates, etc... But at the very least, they could have popped their head outside and let me know, this is the situation and we will get them out as soon as possible. 8 cars went around me with their orders while I waited... And waited... And waited.... Not okay, burger king, not okay... Now I remember why I haven't chosen you guys in years ... I haven't been...

The burger that made it into the bag was soaked in mustard ~ I hate mustard on burgers. It also had bacon, jalapeños, and cheese. None of which I wanted on my burger.
SMH. You had one job, BK employee.
As a side note ~ the person looking for a nasty mustard burger with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños is going to be fairly disappointed in my mayo version without cheese, jalapeños, and bacon.
Employees are crying that they deserve $15 per hour, but they can’t handle the simple task of putting the correct food in the correct bag.
I’m fairly certain the food and the bag both have writing on them. Maybe stop throwing random items in the bags and work on customer service ... then start crying about how much you’re worth.
Jack in the Box had this problem. They were notorious for handing out the incorrect order. They finally started a quality control process that had someone check the order and place a seal on the bag assuring the customer that what they ordered is what they’re taking home.
I hate to keep dragging this out. It’s just so disappointing. If this were a first offense, it wouldn’t be so bad. Unfortunately, this has become commonplace and standard operating procedure for BK. ...
Read moreThe last 2 visits have been horrible. Asked for no cheese and no mayo (announced the fact that we have severe food allergies when I ordered)... apparently that means to give extra of both. First time it happed I had to send 3 burgers back and the 4th had mayo smeared all over the outside of the wrapper and they wouldn't do anything about it because it wasn't on the burger. Today... In the drive-thru, same scenario. Only when I was ordering the screen said "plain and dry" I said I wanted vegetables, just dry with no cheese. Girl said that's what plain meant - whatev, not having lettuce and tomato won't kill me. Get my food and check it... there's cheese and mayo on it. Tried to send it back to get the correct order and a lady, that wasn't working the window, told me "your receipt doesn't say anything about no cheese so we can't help you".
Will definitely be driving across town next time we want to eat Burger King and not make an er visit or just waste money in general. 2 stars because the experience isn't always...
