Eskimo Hut - Frozen Daiquiris To-Go — Restaurant in San Angelo

I went in last night around 9 PM, tried using the drive through (I'm a first time customer) but was told they rarely come out to help you. I figured since I was the only customer in the lot theyd help me but nope. Anywho, I proceed to park and walked in, it seemed empty until I rounded the corner and saw an employee sitting at a computer giving me a death glare. I smiled, ignoring the rude look, obvious lack of attempt to help me at the drive through, lack of greeting and told him I needed two drinks called, 'Bob Marleys.' As I was told they were the best drinks. He slumps out of the chair and asks me what size. I asked what sizes they had and he proceeds to roll his eyes and wave to a size chart. I asked him for the largest cups and he repeated, 'okay, what size?' So I reiterated for two 44oz bob Marley's. Another employee passed by me at this point which really made me wonder why no one bothered to help me outside. I handed him a 100 when he told me the total (28 and some change.) He didnt count my change back just handed me a wad of cash, so I counted back to make sure I had it all. Overall it was a terrible terrible terrible experience. Horrible customer service and while the drinks were good, I was honestly kind of afraid that the cherry on top of the horrible experience would be for one of the men to have spit in our drinks. This place is amazing, the parking lot and drive through are kind of small and the inside of the store is kind of cramped but it offers a great selection of alcoholic beverages, vapes, and marijuana. The overall vibe here is wonderful, the employees are always nice and get things out quick. The drinks can be ordered with or without alcohol and they also have gummy and jello shooters. I keep coming back...

I’ve visited Eskimo Hut many times before. My service has been great and my drink has always tasted to perfection. I’ve gone twice recently and it taste so awful I can’t even tell there’s extra shots in my drink. The drink taste like Frozen San Angelo water. I am a former employee of Eskimo Hut so I know they should not taste that way. Will definitely be making a call to...
