I ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch and a foot long chocolate chip cookie thing off of the subway app. Should’ve been simple and easy right? Wrong. I get there and tell them I have a online order at the drive thru and still seemed fine. As I pulled up though in the line there was just 2 cars in front of me. It took them 30 minutes to just get through those 2 cars in front of me then an additional 10 just to finally get my food. The entire 10 minutes I’m there only one person spoke to me and it was to ask again what I was there for. So then throughout the 10 minutes I’m there at the window no one ever comes to tell me that THEY ARE OUT OF RANCH! You know, a third of the ingredients on my sandwich. They tell me this right as they hand me my food too! I was already fed up and tired with the horribly long wait that I didn’t even think to check that they also forgot the footlong cookie. Like I’m sorry but please communicate with your customers who Have been waiting 40 MINUTES! Read moreOkay soooo story time. My husband and I came to this store last night as it’s closest to our apartment. I proceed to order the new sandwich “the Italian” on a cheddar and herb bread... “so you want a spicy Italian?” Now they were slight busy but okay I proceed to correct him and he is like “that sandwich come on this type of bread not this bread” (since when has it mattered what kind of bread it goes on) he goes on to make it on the bread I originally wanted he asked what kind of cheese and I told him the fresh mozzarella. He puts shredded mozzarella on the sandwich and toasts it. While he was doing this I was looking at my husband while talking with him. My husband had ordered fresh mozzarella as well and he got shredded that’s when I noticed he put the wrong type of cheese. I question “that’s not fresh mozzarella” he then gives me an attitude and yells back at me “well that’s going to cost extra on both these sandwiches.” (Fresh mozzarella comes with the Italian) he rudely argues with me that it still costs extra. Pull up I have to repeat order because he said it's broke lol.. OK no problem. Customer pulls up behind and 2 walk inside. Another young man comes to window 10 min later for me to pay,tried to charged me for my order and the car behind me. I have him fix it,then again still mischarged me and had to get it fixed. The. Waited and waited total 36 min received the sub should've checked it.I was already upset because I was knocking on the window and never answered,I ask what happened I was told well had to wait in the other customers that came in.
