It is strange for a place like this to ask for tips(probably so the employer can pay the workers less) Then when you order from the drive thrue you get a bad look and attitude as they ask if you have rewards with them(which I do) Then they hand the card reader to you to punch in your number and if your paying with card you have to process the transaction in your vehicle and hand it back to them. Then have the odasity to ask if I want to tip.. tip for what?? You opening the window and handing me my food?? And why would I want to touch the dirty card reader before I eat anyway?? Dumbest idea to have this process in drive and very inconvenient to the customer to have to pull the card reader into their vehicle to run a transaction on it. Why not just ask if I want to tip rather than give me the...

Staying at the Hawthorne Inn right behind the restaurant so service was super quick. The order was correct and I thought good to good for dinner/lunch tomorrow. Unwrapped the Gargantuan and prepared to unhinged my jaw to take the first bite of awesomeness. Thats when it began to go down hill. My top row of teeth sank deep into fresh baked awesome packed with meaty goodness. The lower teeth/gums were not so fortunate. There is absolutely no reason for an 18 dollar sandwich to be physically painful each and every bite. The bottom of the bread was so hard and tough you could feel it ripping through the gums each bite. I really wanted to enjoy a good sandwich, not feel like I was gnawing on bits of glass. First of all, the food is good. There no doubt about that. When it comes to the bread however I have 3 problems. First, the bread is cold. Maybe that's not a big deal to some, but I would like a warm sandwich. Second, the bread it tough. It's like chewing something hard. Bread should never be this hard, no matter what kind it is. Lastly, the bread is cut Pac-Man style. Not fully cut all the way through. Then they stuff all of the meat and whatever else you want into the sandwich, but when you try to eat it, it comes out the side constantly. You have to continually keep pushing the meat back in the sandwich so you can eat it. So overall I give it three stars. While the food is good, the bread alone almost ruins...
