Panda Express — Restaurant in San Angelo

Second time ordering the teriyaki chicken and no teriyaki sauce. So I called and explained that this was the second time this has happened so the girl tells me to let them know on my next visit and they will give me the sauce. WHAT THE HECK????? How does that solve the problem now that I just have chicken and rice??? I won't need it next time!! No offer of any kind of compensation what so ever and then she says that she thinks they ran out of the sauce. I told her that their employees need to explain that when someone orders. I used one of the free entrée coupons for which I was charged $7.90 because the guy that took my order said I had to use it on the Bigger Plate to get the free entrée but I see in the reviews that others have used it on the smaller plates. That was more than what I normally pay without a coupon. Not happy at all with this establishment especially since I did not go back for months after trying it for the first time when the teriyaki chicken had this gawd awful taste to it. Only giving one star because I have to to post this review. Maybe someone will actually read this and try to compensate because if not they have lost...

I waited about an hour in line just to simply place my order, while the long wait was expected the terrible quality of food did not make up for it. I ordered beef and broccoli with chow mein and my husband ordered Kung Pao chicken with fried rice and we shared a couple egg rolls and cream cheese rangoon. First, one out of the three rangoon was burnt to a crisp. Completely inedible and gave reason to believe the staff were so rushed that they weren't even paying attention to the food. The two we were able to eat weren't terrible but also weren't anything I'd go back for. The same can be said for the rest of our order, not terrible but lacking in real flavor and was almost ice cold within the 10 minutes it took to get home. Next up, portion size. We ordered the "bowl option" which is supposed to be an entree (meat) and a side (carb). Needless to say we got a good amount of rice/noodles but quite literally only received 3 pieces of meat each. All in all I would highly recommend not wasting your time on this restaurant and just order from Ban Moon; I will be giving them all of my business...

Ordered our food @5:19 went into the restaurant at 5:40 asked for a manager and NOTHING EVEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND FOR THE NAME OF THE MANAGER THE GIRL REFUSED BOTH NAME AND REFUND WENT BACK OUTSIDE AT 6:00pm and sent my wife in because I refuse to be Ignored by a manager that SEEN ME and knew I WANTED A REFUND AND TO SPEAK TO HIM!!!!!! And NOTHING NOT EVEN ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU INSTEAD HE CONTINUED TO COOK AND EVEN WALKED BY ME 2xs ...my wife finally went in at 6:05 and INSTEAD OF THEM GIVING A REFUND FOR SOME FOOD I DONT EVEN WANT ANYMORE THEY HANDED HER THE ORDER...NO MANAGER NO REFUND DIDNT EVEN GET A “I’m SORRY FOR MAKING YOU WAIT 35mins” The manager is so Incompetent he was more worried about cooking instead of customer service for y’all that don’t know this manager HE is the one that looks oriental and really bad customer service AND THEY STILL DIDNT GET THE ORDER RIGHT AFTER WAITING OVER 30mins IT.... I will let everyone I know about this manager and the BAD Customer service!!!!! The service is so bad I will put my name that with the guy knows I made this...
