I ordered my food to go so I cant comment on the service or decor except to say that the cashier was very courteous and the room was really dark. My food was decent. Be warned, the Bruschetta is very heavy for an appetizer. It could be a meal itsself. I was expecting light and fresh but it was smothered in cheese and heavily seasoned. It was ok, overly salty and not what I was expecting. The chicken florentine was ok, again overly heavy with sauce. The chicken was not cooked well. It was boiled, it needs a crisper exterior. The florentine was very generic, nothing spectacular. The tiramisu was good but they should remove the hersheys syrup they drizzle across the top. Splurge for a real chocolate sauce or leave it off. I would eat here again just to try something different. My first trips pairings did not make an impression but I see other potentials on the menu.

I suppose, for the price point, it is very decent. I got an appetizer, entree, and dessert for less than $25, and there was enough food included to make two meals out of it. They also seem to have a fair wine selection. However, both my calamari and my veal were overcooked, dry and rubbery, which kind of negates the amount of food to take home if it wasn't properly cooked to begin with. The tiramisu was standard. Good, but not great. The service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. But the server never asked how my food was, and as I was cashing out, when I was asked, and replied, "It was ok," I wasn't asked to elaborate. I will probably give it another shot in the future, but tonight, it just didn't really impress me.

I ordered food from here last night and there was a long straight black hair in the middle of my chicken alfredo. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner Nino Agaj and let him know and his response was, "his chefs does not have hair so he does not know what to tell me." At this point I'm appalled at his response. I told him as the owner his response should be, I am sorry about that, would you like a replacement, discount or your money back? He told me, "no, I am not going to replace it or give you your money back because my chefs does not have hair. You can come and see." So I start telling him he is unprofessional and he just lost a customer. He proceeds to tell me "that's good! I don't want a customer like you." Then he hangs up on me while I was responding.

I went to get my money back in person and as I walked in a female employee called out to him and pointed at me while laughing (like she found a joke.) I am already upset so I responded to that and I went off on her. Anyone that knows me know I do not get like that. I was so upset. He came over to me while mocking me repeating to her jokingly the same things I said to her. The restaurant was also full of customers. I confirmed that he was the person that hung up on me and he lied at first then admitted it. I told him I want my money back and I don't want his food (not so nicely) I honestly went off. He told me to shut the fck up. So I continued....I went off on him. He then said again "shut the fk up or you won't get your money back. He was trying to whisper so his customers could not hear, but I made sure to repeat everything he said so they could hear me. He was very rude. Ya'll, I went off on him. He even went as far as saying it could be my hair in the food. He told me he does not need my money so I can shut the fk up and get out his restaurant. I got my money back and I DID NOT shut the f** up. Before I left the restaurant I made it my business to make sure all the customers knew what happened and who they were supporting. I literally went off on him and I have NEVER went off on anyone the way I went off on him. He is disgraceful, dishonest, rude and disrespectful. Be careful who...

The food isn't bad. But the customer service is hit or miss. The first time that I was there, there was an incident that put me off to the place. Fair warning, the story is pretty long.

I had just finished tech school, so I went there to celebrate with a couple of friends. On base, carrying a 1 gallon water bottle around was mandatory. So, I got in the habit of doing it, even off base. It was a scortching hot day too. So I was glad that I had the bottle with me.

Anyway, I get there and as soon as I walk in, before I'm even manage to sit down, a heavyset middle-aged woman charges out of the kitchen and immediately starts towards me and angrily tells me that I can't be in there with my bottle. So, I'd have to take it somewhere else pointing out the door. I was super confused, especially since the friend that I was with had a big backpack full of things that she didn't even question. I explained that I was planning on buying a drink and that I just carried it out of habit, in case she thought they'd lose some money on drinks. She didn't care. She told me to take my bottle elsewhere. The truth is, I knew what was happening, it was a racist incident. She was making a scene over a bottle of water. The friend that I was with, he's a white guy, knew what was happening too. He was uncomfortable and told me that we should leave. But, we had someone else who was on his way and none of us had cars. So, I didn't want to change up the plans. I asked the woman if I could just leave my bottle somewher, for the time that I'd be there, and then sit back down. She sighed deeply and reluctantly and sternly told me to put it on a stool, behind a counter. Then she abruptly left. Our waitress, on the other hand, was friendly enough.

Towards the end of the meal, my friends and I went out for a smoke. We came back in, to pay our checks, only to find out that it had already been paid. The waitress explained that an old Chief and his wife had been there earlier. They witnessed the incident and they were impressed with how I handled it. So, they paid our entire check. That was a pretty cool ending to that visit.

Judging by some of the other reviews, bad customer service is not a rare...

You know you're in trouble when the garlic knots (that are shaped like donuts, not knots) were the best tasting part of your meal. For the amount of money you'll be spending for overly exagerrated fake Italian decor and horribly made up Italian food, you should just go to Olive Garden by Home Depot. We had the Eggplant Rollatini (that apparently is the side to a big slop of spaghetti covered in blan tomato sauce fresh from the can), Bruscheta (which now includes pesto, soggy bread, and a slice of warmed cheese on top with extra fake parm from the green shaker bottle), Cheese sticks (this was a joke.... they were still cold in the middle when we tried to eat them), Stromboli (the meat seemed odd like it was fresh from a deli meat package....slime and all), and Garlic Knots. I wish I were being melodramatic, overly sensitive, or have some good reason for writing such a poor review, but the truth is that I don't. My dogs wouldn't even eat it!!!! What does that tell you?! Go to Olive Garden and spare your stomach the unspeakable hell this...
