The owner will lie to you without hesitation and is misogynistic.He has an outdated demeaning way of speaking to women. His attitude was completely different between how he treated me vs my wife.
The first bit of furniture we bought my wife dealt with someone else and had a pleasant experience. We went to buy a full bed with mattress, dresser, night stand. He went through a whole story on how he doesn't carry full and tried convincing us we should get a queen. I told him I found one on his website that we wanted. He looked and said they didn't carry a full. I had to point out they did but in the grey frame. He then tried talking me out of it saying he would have to mark it up 20% to compensate for shipping. He did the same thing when we wanted a mattress from online. He tried getting us to buy a $600 in store mattress vs the $194 mattress with his 20% mark up. When we picked a nightstand he pointed out the other matched the dresser we were buying. I said we wanted that one because it offered usb ports. He lied and said that one did also. We didn't look just took him for his word. He pointed out we would need a wood base for our mattress and said he would add it. He never did. We did not notice this until we got our delivery 8 weeks later. We made the mistake of not making him itemized his invoice so we were not sure if we were charged or not. When called he said he would let us have it for $100 it would be 108 for tax. We called again on Monday at 4:45pm to confirm the price and that he had one available. He argued the price and insisted he never said that. He finally conceded and said come pick it up we are open until 6. We arrived at 5:10pm to find he had closed his store. It wasn't worth the hassle to make him honor his word. I was very apparent he was going to do anything possible to avoid it. So we bought a base from another store at $103 with free shipping. Read moreI went in looking for an electric lift chair. They didn't have anything I really wanted. I am crippled and have intense pain. Instead I came out with an $1100 'mock' recliner that I hoped would serve my purpose. After I got home and relaxed I noticed it was lower on one side than the other. So the next day I called the store. They didn't believe me. So finally they decided to send out the delivery guy to take pics. He took some pics and went back . Then I think her name was Ramona called to say she couldn't see anything. So, by this time I was getting upset and insisted there was a problem. It looked like the frame was bent. She replied adamantly was nothing wrong. Then she sends the delivery guy out with some stuffing to put in place. He did his best to put the entire bag in that area. I called back to say that didn't work. After a heated conversation nothing was accomplished. So here I am a year later I am stuck with the most uncomfortable chair I ever sat in! We had a piece of furniture for less than a week from the sale date. It started having major defects. They said they would take care of it, that they would replace it. They now said, because of the covid pandemic, we are stuck with it. We don't have covid, both vaccinated. They mentioned as well that the piece of furniture we bought was not of good quality, we should of bought a name brand. Never did they discuss this covid pandemic return/exchange policy of theirs with us, or suggest paying a little more for better quality.
