Whataburger — Restaurant in San Angelo

Whatabuger has a good name and food for itself that honestly I do not think they should be open here in the San Angelo becuz the service starting fron the maintenance up to the high management the services have not only goes down but are very unacceptable to many customers as we speak. I know that I speak for many that do not leave reviews. What burger has had a good name for itself but here In San Angelo Texas there service really is trash. If it's going to be a fast food restaurant we'll then why are we customers having to wait well over 10 - 15 minutes some wait for over an hour plus. If there is staff shortages and can't handle the demand of customers during known busy times and rush times, then close the business down and let other business handle it. We people go there to eat and waiting long on line is one thing that nobody likes. Not to mention waiting long and getting out from work tired the last thing you want to do is wait one hour for your food . And then cause faling asleep waiting long and then get in trouble for it when in reality I'm there to make a business money and get food. Instead of getting good courtesy service I get cops called on and no food, misreated, beat up and picked up a case. Just because their slow incorrect services.thanks but. By far the worst fast food place I’ve been to in the state of Texas. We have been in the area for 4 years and not once has this location in San Angelo ever gotten our order correct. I went back to the counter 3 times today for an order that wasn’t delivered correctly. I used to go through the drive through only to get home to find that either part of my order was missing or what I ordered wasn’t correct at all. They even recite the order back when ordering through the drive through and still can’t get it right in the bag. I have never seen this level of incompetence in staffing. Upper management should seriously think about your hiring and training programs before you become extinct like many other well known names and brands across the country. Me personally, my family and I will never visit or recommend one of your locations to anyone. There are far too many establishments in high competition to capture a percentage of market share to grow their companies and I have experienced far superior service with other brands . ATTENTION BEFORE GOING TO WHATABURGER!! READ Service is really slow,when knowly have rush times ,with no motivation to pick up pace starting from the manager down to the maintenance employee. The restrooms are not clean and checked up on a regular basis, not to mention lack of courtesy from all employees. Being on a private property calling the police for dosing off in the drive thru while waiting in line. Putting me through years of court dates, unfortunate dwi charges and needless to say fees up the wazooo, and I didn't even get to order much less eat. Nowadays we have up to 2-3drive thru lines for example chicfila, and 24hrs McDonald's. McDonald's is the way you go for those of you that don't have time to be waiting for inconsistent, poor cleanliness,and slow customer service. Real talk whataburger has become more like a whata-wait. I would really rate a half a star if possible. Come on whataburger is really not that good. Sorry what burger step up...
