Its unfortunate That I am giving this place a bad review, grew up loving this place. My grandmother and I visited there not to long ago, and we got horrible service and a screwed up order. I told the cashier that we didn't want any onions on our Chili Cheese fries, not only did the cashier forget to tell the cooks that, they also OVER LOADED them with onions. Knowing that they mess up from time to time, I checked before we even left the parking lot. Of course, the fries had onions on them. So I walked in, explained to them the problem and the fixed it. They were all pretty apologetic about the situation. What grosses me out the most is that one of the cooks wasn't wearing any type of gloves. She was making food with long fingernails that were dirty, kept scratching her arms, and touching her face!!!!! She even looked to be one of the managers. I grew up eating Weinerschnitzel during the 90's and early 00's, it was an absolute favorite. After moving away I recently visited and had to relive my childhood with some chili-cheese dogs, two separate visits on 11/6 and 11/8. The taste is pretty much the same but WHY ARE YOU SKIMPING ON THE CHILI? How much money could you possibly be saving?? I used to open a chili-dog and it was a mess, but it was a perfect mess, a perfect ratio. Now it's around 3 teaspoons, not enough to even get on the wrapper. The chili-cheese fries fared no better since there wasn't enough chili to melt much of the cheese. Top that with my medium-sized combo coming out to around $9, I have to ask myself if I'll even go back despite how much it used...

My go-to Chili fries place. Try the bacon ranch chili fries and you will come back over and over again.
