Went there yesterday May 17 2022 and the Associate working there was so RUDE! Didn't even acknowledge us standing at the register. Went to go ask if we can check out and she said You'll have to wait I'm the only one working today. First of all acknowledge your customer waiting at the register. Maybe say I'll be with you in a moment. Second get some training in good customer service! Now days you can't get good customer service anymore. Never going back...

Well organized store. Good music to listen to while you shop Sizes can be a bit scarce and hard to find. They have women's sizes regular, petite, and plus and plus petite. Employees are kind. They will help you find things. Pretty good clearance selections with great clearance prices. Clean store. You do have to ask to let in the dressing rooms, which is a hassle when they are busy. Overall, pretty good...

Associates at this location are very rude.. When I go in store I just get looked at.. No greeting at all while I observe other shoppers come in store and get greeted with a smile and a "Hi welcome to Cato's"!
