""Chop Suey"" Honduras Chinese Food"" — Restaurant in San Antonio

Finally went last night been seeing the food truck for years the food not authentic Chinese food the menu is questionable with items that normally not on Chinese menus except for chop suey and rice. The item I wanted was going to take 30 min to prepare so I ordered the chop suey which took around 10-12 min. The plate was heavy when I got home I was disappointed on the protein very little chicken chunks and about 3 little shrimp. Threw away the plate 1/2 way thru. Take your chances the rice may be better from what a person said in line. Definitely never going again taste was bland and the chicken and shrimp...

Sign says they open at 11am. I got there early and waited. At 11:05am I called the number on the truck and after a few rings, the guy that answered sounded like he was still half asleep, saying 5 minutes. Then a couple minutes later I got a text from the number saying 5 more minutes. Decided not to wait any longer for a business that doesn't care to keep their operating...

Was not able to get food here because no one speaks English. Went way out of the way to find this place, when we did felt like the prices were high but we'll it's a business.. but if you can't speak to your customers might not get what I ordered so I just decided against it. Maybe come down on your prices a bit and hire someone bilingual so that you can accommodate...
