EZPAWN — Local services in San Antonio

For the most part, I have been treated pretty good at this Pawn Shop. There is this one tall White Guy that makes unnecessary comments, even when you aren’t talking to him, when you are talking to him, he just seems like he ithinks that he is better or smarter than the Customers, not the first idiot that I’ve ran into and not the last one so I try to minimize contact with such individuals and just ignore him or try to communicate with a different, more professional Employee and try to avoid this dude, on one occasion this man talked pretty bad to an older Oriental Lady, totally unnecessary, the Lady was sad about loosing her property from what I can tell, this guy was totally disrespectful to the older Woman. I don’t know why his behavior is deemed acceptable in a work place. I was at the store yesterday, I didn’t see him, I hope that he has moved on volentarly or otherwise.

All in all, this Store is worth giving a chance, they have some good deals, some things over priced, a lot not over priced. Even with that arrogant guy, this store is worth a try, better on the days that he’s not there. Most of the People at this Store have treated me nice,, so I have that to go by and that I like. I don’t remember what it was that I bought at this store, but it got me hooked, I’m going back tomorrow.

Been coming to this location for 10+ years I pawn my guns when hard times comes around n i always take my items out! n I purchase from this location as well nate the manager is such a awesome person! I visited the store location on 10/4/2025 to pawn my gun while I was in Line this one employee was being rude to everyone very short towards the customers n has such a bad attitude like if we were bothering him I was next in line n he took me I came up friendly n he had the same attitude where I felt very uncomfortable n like I was bothering him the whole time he kept checking his phone like he didnt want to be there ive been coming here for years n never felt unwelcomed by someone Mr Lucas need to work on his customers service.... iam glad mr nate stepped n finished my transaction he gave off welcoming vibes n I left happy! Oh yeah nate becareful with Lucas he doesnt like the way u run thing when u turn ur back he took a picture of what u were doing that he didnt approve of iam sure lucas is gonna show upper management he is out...

I really like this particular pawn shop, I’ve bought a lot of cute James Avery silver bracelets and rings here, some decent tools and every now and again a tech product. In addition to it being a great place to soothe your consumption beast, it’s also a good place to come if you need a loan due to an unexpected expense. Yeah I know, pawn shops do have high % interest, this one is no exception but at least they don’t ever low ball you on a loan , or lose your valuables, so considering you understand that it’s better to have an emergency fund tucked away, it’s not sure a bad choice as long as you have a way to get it out and you don’t leave it in collecting money forever, as you’ll end up spending more than you would to replace it! Also I don’t recommend pawning your necessary pieces of equipment or anything you need to live or work, unless it was a very very dire circumstance. - This place is very fair, the goods are in good shape, and all the employees I have been waited on by have all treated me with respect and excellent...
