I just received my first meal based on the reviews and wanting to cut out the meal prep for myself. I did the athletic plan which included 10 meals, 5 breakfasts, 5 snacks. I was extremely excited based on the number of reviews. But being that it cost $165, I’m not sure I’ll order again. Let’s say that the meals are 60% of the cost that’s roughly $10 a meal.. which is ok - but if I was at a store, I’m not sure I’d pick these up for $10. And that would mean $65 for 5 breakfasts and 5 snacks. That sounds great until I realized what I got. It’s not worth it to me. The snacks were underwhelming. I received carrot sticks, power up trail mix, yoggies, rice crackers and those are barely worth $1. so to pay close to $3 for them is like going to a vending machine, which I don’t do due to the cost! And if I breakfast is 70% of the remaining $65, that means each breakfast is roughly $9 each. I would never pay $9 for two hard boiled eggs and a sausage link or $9 for a yogurt bowl. Adding a few photos to show you some of the things I got. I appreciate the variety of meals and taking the guess work out of tracking my macros. This week, Ive only tried their chili and it was good in flavor, but I still can’t justify the costs. Just so disappointed in the snacks and breakfast. The portion of the meals are fine, but again barely worth the $10. ———————————— edit: I appreciate the detailed breakdown you provided in your response, but as a customer paying for what’s described as “chef-curated, premium, performance-focused meals,” I expected more than what I received. These meals — particularly the meatballs — look and taste more like basic store-bought rather than something handcrafted or professionally curated. If the quality and pricing are justified by nutrition, I would like to see full ingredient lists and complete nutritional panels, not just macros. That transparency should be easily available if everything is truly prepared in-house. I don’t mind paying for convenience, but at $13+ per entree, I expected higher quality and presentation than what I received. I hope you’ll consider tightening the gap between marketing language and product execution.

The macros are top notch. I just found this business and it streamlines my dietary needs and goals for the week. Seasoning levels are perfect for me. They’re always friendly when picking up my order. I also appreciate the benefit of just outsourcing my meal prepping/cleaning. The only small critique I’d have is maybe having the veggies (carrots and brussel sprouts) cooked more through. I imagine having them a little crunchy helps keep them fresh throughout the week. I plan on continuing my meal planing with my fitness goals with this...
