Coco Beach — Restaurant in San Antonio

I gave this bar a try because my brother couldn't stop talking it up. From the moment we walked in (6pm) the bar tender on duty took roughly 15 minutes to even LOOK our direction because she was to involved in talking to friends. Took another 5 minutes to return to the bar from rummaging around in the back room, where she was conversing with another friend/coworker.

When it came time to close out and give her my debit card, she walked away from the register not once, twice, or even three times; honestly, i lost count after she ran around the bar (leaving my card out in the open next to customers) to get people POPCORN. The moment I saw the bartender leave my card exposed to theif to grab people a bucket of popcorn was the moment I decided that I will NEVER drink at this establishment any time this bartender is on duty. Anyone else will have my business as my brother still swears by this place.

Any time I see that bartender on duty at this establishment, I will walk out and take my business to a competitor...

If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. Wow. Where do I even begin with this place. First of all, it's always full of regulars. Typically, that's not a problem but if the bartenders are spending ALL of their time on regulars and making everyone else wait an eternity for a drink, then I have a problem. Next up, the ladies restroom has two toilets but literally no actual stalls or doors. There's just a little divider between the toilets. And the window was open! Such an uncomfortable experience. Next up, The glassware was absolutely filthy when we got a round of shots. It's a pretty dimly lit bar but I still noticed a very obvious lipstick mark on one shot glass and some gross residue on another.

Lastly, the bar regulars like to roofie young women in the bar.

DO NOT GO TO THIS...

This has to be the worst bar in San Antonio. Please do not go there. The manager Christi is the worst person to deal with. No customer service skills to be a manager. They over charged me $75 on my tab and after giving her proof and everything else she requested of me, she ghosted me and have yet to hear anything from her since. This is not the first time they have done this but the first time they refunded back the mistake. They are all a bunch of bullies, from the bartenders to the usuals. Please don't waste your time and definitely your stolen money on this bar because they have plenty of great bars within...
