Stopped here for a decent drink and food. Waitress was extremely rude, gave us a fake smile then rolled her eyes as she thought I looked away.

Ordered a mixed drink and food. Received the drink and it tasted horrible, best way to describe it is concentrated lemonade. Asked my husband to try it to see if he would want it, but honestly wasn’t worth the calories. So we left it at the table. She never came by to ask how we were

Waitress was obviously super busy and hardly checked in on us, she lacked personality, and was very unprofessional. When we received the check and saw the margarita was $25 I was shocked that they would charge someone $25 for something that tasted like concentrated lemonade.

I had to go up to the bar to let her know I was not going to pay $25 for this and she just stared at me, did not say one word.

She had the bartender come to tell me they would not remove the drink, these are the reason the bartender (manager) gave I should have said it wasn’t good right away, If she removes the drink off my check, I WOULD be making the waitress pay for it. She doesn’t have the ability to adjust a check. I showed have scanned their bar code menu to know it was $25.

We were extremely annoyed with the unprofessional, rude, and insulting behavior of both women. I have no problem paying $25 for a half way decent airport margarita but this was far from that.

We provide them with our card to pay the check and she charges us for the wrong ticket. Somehow, miraculously she has the power to refund that but not a poorly made drink.

Don’t go here unless you’re not expecting much and you’re going to order...

Horrible service. I'm still looking at the menu, the server/bartender walks up to me "are you ready? ARE YOU READY".

i ordered a Philly burger, when he brought it to me, just dropped it and left, no words.

It was the wrong burger. I informed him of this, he told me i never ordered that. Yes i did. Offer to fix it, don't argue with me and tell me I'm wrong. He insisted i never ordered what i ordered. I left the burger and the place. Not many places to eat in the SA Airport, bur this will likely not be one ever again

UPDATE After a few years tried again. At least they got my order right. No one acknowledges you when you enter, explains you need you phone to see the menu. They just walk up and ask what you want, and then walk away to never return and have someone else take your order 10 minutes later.

They brought my food, and never approached me again. Everyone just stood behind the counter, gossiping. A good 10 minutes after finishing my food, I had to ask for my check, because they just cleaned my table and walked away.

Not a whole lot of options in the airport, and I'd say it seems as though this place has some opportunities in terms of employees, and customer service. The 2 young ladies working were extremely rude and were too busy conversing to get up to assist us when we walked in. Took our orders reluctantly, super short, annoyed at any question we had about the menu, and quickly cashed us out to go sit back down to chit chat. Another gentleman walked up and sat there for a good few minutes looking around for help, when I pointed them out talking in the corner, he had to walk over for help. One of the girls looked at him and said "Have a seat wherever, and I'll be with you shortly." And went back to talking. He was so annoyed he just walked out. Food was subpar. Reminded me of bingo hall, cafeteria style burgers. Patties were definitely frozen, our cheese wasn't even melted on our burgers, and their pre-made dip excuse for "avocado" for our avocado burgers had so much lime, I couldn't get any other flavor from the burger.
