SIP Brew Bar & Market — Restaurant in San Antonio

I was fortunate enough to visit this place on a day when the airport was very slow and not busy. This is the primary reason I was able to receive the exemplary customer service from both Ariel and Giselle. They both made fantastic recommendations from the menu to which each of them made as far as a drink and a sandwich goes. I was even fortunate enough to be able to add strawberry to their already delicious banana chocolate shake. The ham, turkey, bacon, havarti, and Swiss sandwich panini was toasted very well and tasted fantastic. I should have known it would be because I was told that they hoped I would. If you can’t wait before you get into the terminal area to eat food or have something to drink, definitely stop by this marketplace and expect to see either one of these young ladies because you will surely be in for a very pleasant customer service experience. I was dropping a friend off at terminal A. Prior to her going to her gate we had extra time so decided to sit and chat at the Sip. Tables and chairs are in the airport lobby not inside their shop. After about 5 minutes, a clerk from Sip came and told us we would have to leave the table if we were not ordering. We responded we are ordering. She then requested us to let a strange man sit at our table with us! That was a no-go. We ordered a large cappuccino and large vanilla latte. Worst coffee ever!! Cappuccinos only come in a 6 oz cup regardless of ordering a different size i.e. large. They do not tell you that up front an and are not accommodating in the least when I received my drink and asked is this a large? He simply replied “cappuccinos only come in an 8 oz cup, period.” Simply rude on...

We tried the mobile GUI link. After entering and paying, the app said it would be ready in 30-minutes! Odd, since there was no one in line. After a couple of minutes, thought we'd better check to be sure they were working on it. Asked about the order by name, they said they don't use names, they use the order number.
