Aroy Ver Thai Bite the food truck — Restaurant in San Antonio

I absolutely love this Thai place! I order at least once a week. It’s delicious and customer service is always great. If you can come buy and grab a bite. The pad won sen and the fried rice are a must try. I also love their chicken curry plate and the portions are worth the price.

Updated 8/14/24, I've officially tried multiple items from here. and I need to put out my top 5:

Pad Kra Pao - I love spicy and this has the perfect level of spice without being overpowering. it's so hearty and good served over a bed of rice. This is fairly new to the menu and i'm so glad they added it. Curry Plate (w/chicken): This is a little spicy too, but oh so good. It's just what it says it is, and i love a good curry plate. I recommend adding extra chicken because they give you a lot of rice in this plate, so if you want it to be good enough for a 2nd day then add the extra chicken. Fried Rice: Consistently soooo good. definitely a comfort food. Chicken Pad Won Sen: Thin, noodle plate! not spicy at all, but very consistent and good. Pork eggrolls: Honestly, this could be higher, they are soooooo good. but obviously it's not a full plate it's a snack so had to give the entrees first up.

Overall, this place is good and consistently good food. I eat here at least once a week because the entrees are delicious and they usually last me 2 days. Leftovers warm...

We really enjoyed our meal from Aroy Ver. The owner was gracious and helpful when we asked for recommendations or clarifications on the menu items. We ordered the moo ping (pork skewers), moo wan (Thai sweet pork), and Thai style grilled beef with thai teas. The pork skewers have to be my favorite, though there were a bite or two that was much too tough to chew easily. The grilled beef could use a little more flavor, in our humble opinion, but it wasn't a disappointment in the least. I preferred the jasmine rice over the sticky rice and the spring rolls were amazing. The Thai tea was great and made us feel like were drinking adult capri suns. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this great food...

Absolutely love this food truck. My everyday favorite is the Thai omelette with rice, sometimes I ask them to add chicken to the omelette if I’m feeling extra hungry. Their curry is also amazing and easily the best Thai curry I’ve ever had—hits the spot during cold weather. Lately they have been serving some chicken soup and it’s soooo savory and delicious. Their Aroy rolls or the moo pop are a good option too when I’m wanting something crunchy and quick to eat. The two ladies that work there are always super helpful in explaining everything and making accommodations (my partner is gluten free).
