I have been to concerts all over the world and NEVER had an experience like this. We were very excited to see our first (and last) show at Stable Hall and purchased a table (4 tickets) on the balcony. When we showed our tickets for the first time we were given a wrist band and a very large sticker to put on our clothes. Before we got to our seats, we were asked to show our tickets again...and again...and again. We had wristbands and stickers but were repeatedly asked to show our tickets on our phone. It was so incredibly inconsiderate and inconvenient. We finally got to our section and a security guard there asked for our tickets for the 5th time and we finally sat at our dirty table. We realized we couldn't see the stage at all from our table at all and ultimately had to watch the show on a TV screen nearby. When our waitress arrived she asked for our tickets for the 6th time. We told her how annoyed we were...We literally had our credentials on our chests. The waitress didn't like the fact that we were complaining and I watched her go to another security guard not in our section who posted himself directly across our table to intimidate and stare us down. Trying to ignore this and enjoy the show, my 76 yo mother and I moved around the balcony to try to see the show. My husband soon comes over to tell me that he is getting kicked out. When we turned around the security guard was gone. Before long a woman showed up to ask us if we had a problem so we told her how we had been inconvenienced, harassed and intimidated since we entered the building. She asked if we wanted to see a manager, to which I replied, "no, we want to be left alone to enjoy the show." Her response was to bring a manager ("Libby") back with two more security guards. While speaking with the manager and telling her how disgusted we were with the behavior of her staff, she asked if we wanted a refund. I said yes and she asked to see my purchase receipt on my phone. Instead of trying to make it right, she told us we had to leave. For the first and only time in my life I was kicked out of a concert with my 3 yo daughter and my 76 yo mother. We were dead sober and had only been there 30 minutes. I'm leaving out all the ridiculous statements and made by Libby and her staff and the lies the waitress reported to her management but I will say they are a bunch of power-tripping goons and bullies at the Stable Hall. We will never be back. Don't complain friends! You'll be...

With 30 plus years in the hospitality field (now retired) I feel I can bring you real insight into our locations. The good, the bad and the ugly. If we run across a serious issue, I will always go directly to management and not post it. I truly believe you always must give management an opportunity to correct a serious issue. If not corrected and or just ignored, then I feel it is correct to inform the public – professionally. No establishment is perfect. I will bring to you smaller hiccups we may have come across.
We had dinner at the Boiler House at the Pearl before going to the event. The event did have food items to purchase. The only hick up was the RSVP seating. When you went to the tables, some had RSVP signs and some didn't. This caused some confusion. Yep, then you had folks taking the RSVP seating table and chairs. Then the RSVP peeps came into the venue to find no table remaining, well until they had to kick many of the non-RSVP peeps off the tables. Suggestion, put the RSVP signs on the tables and also the names. For the empty RSVP tables that you can purchase once you enter, ensure they also have RSVP signs on the table. With a note, must purchase via the host.
Back to the Stable, WOW WOW WOW, what a great venue. I can see local talents playing here, but I can also see why big-name peeps would want to play in this great small personal space. The round building is so unique. The bars are no joke! Bathrooms well done.... everything is 5 stars at the Stable! We saw the Journey tribute band. Could hear the band (s) perfectly. Your front of the house entry point peeps, fantastic and so very helpful. The dudes went over first as our wife's settled the bill at the Broiler. The entry folks very helpful and understanding that the wife's were inbound. Let us get our wrist bands and I texted the wives to tell them we had already scanned their tickets and to tell the entry peep. Oh yes, we will be back 100% for sure to...
Read moreUnfortunately had a horrible experience my first time here. We purchased tickets in the Hayloft standing/area which do cost more than general admission standing area. The website does state we will have access to lounge area and please note you can not see stage from that area but we can stand in designated standing area. We asked staff members where we could stand and stood where we were told and thought we could stand. I felt awkward the entire time as I could hear the people in seats talking about my husband and I . It was obvious they did not want us standing there. We were not in their view of the stage but a man still tapped me on my shoulder and told me to get out of his way I explained that we paid to be there and this is where we were told to stand and showed him I had the same wrists bands as him. A few minutes passed and I get another tap on the shoulder but this time from a manager telling me we have to leave because they have gotten several complaints and we need to move. I was in shock at first because we hadn’t even been there half an hour and the main band had not even started he told us we could go down to the general Admission I said fine we would but I would be doing a review for being racially profiled because that is EXACTLY what was going on. He was smiling and laughing the entire time and told us we needed to leave the venue and had us escorted out by security. It was the most humiliating time for us. He did refund me my money but not until I stood there outside with him and he did it in front of me. While he was still laughing I asked what was so funny and told him how unprofessional he was being I did not get one single apology from the manager but one from the security guard he knew exactly what was going on. We had to leave and I was in tears didn’t get to see Stoney LaRue and our valentines...
