(Don't waste time & money Bill Miller's lost it's pride in quality!)
*(2nd review Sept. 25) Ordered 15pc chicken all white family meal spent over $50. Instead got a 13pc, I called and talked to MANAGER PENA she said to go back so she could correct the order and that she would add an extra pc of chicken for the inconvenience. Went back to the bill Miller's talked to the staff to tell them I needed to talk to Pena. They called her, she yelled from the back that she is talking to a customer at the drive thru and she will be with me after. 15mins later she never came, so then I asked for her again. (While waiting I was observing, and talked to other customers and they were all experiencing bad quality.) Finally she came handed me a order, I checked the order of course it was wrong it had dark meat. I went back to the register and asked for Pena, I didn't want to bother the staff cause they looked overwhelmed. (1 staff member told the other staff that he was going to take a order outside and said " If I don't come back you know why.") I sensed this place was overwhelmed and had no support from management. I talked to Pena again and told her the order was wrong again, she said "Oh that's right you said white meat." She finally gave me the right order. Spent approximately 30mins at the location.
*(Probably gonna get the same copy n paste response from Bill Miller's Management. Saying their sorry and to go online... yada yada yada.)
*(1st review 8 months ago) Everytime my family orders from Bill Miller's 4 out of 5 times we have a problem with the drive thru order (always missing item), and we have a family of 8. Also when calling to place a order from my home I was put on hold, while driving to Bill Miller's they never answered my call (waited 11mins). So I decided to go to the drive thru, again my order was wrong. I had enough of this bad customer service, I give them the benefit of the doubt but... no more. We decided to no long visit this Fastfood Restaurant (sure acts like one).
From reading the reviews it looks like an on going problem.

Read moreI called in a large taco order for multiple people. Knowing this was a large order I called it in ahead for curbside pickup at 0829. The lady on the phone never introduced herself but stated the order would be ready in about 15 minutes and directed me to call and notify them of my parking location when I arrived. I made the call that I was in slot 5 at 0850. I was informed by the same woman that they would have my order right out. Everyone was taken care of except for me. My vehicle was the only one left out waiting in the parking lot at 0910 as I watched vehicles arriving long after me making it through the long drive through line and leave long before me. I walked up to the ordering window and pressed the door bell and no one arrived. I pressed it again multiple times over almost 10 minutes before finally giving up and calling the store again. This time a male answered and said my tacos had been sitting there the whole time and he asked a while back if anyone had arrived to pick up that order. No one thought it was appropriate to check with the only vehicle waiting in front of the restaurant. Take your business to a different location folks. Noticed that the meat was very skimpy, we asked the manager and they said that they cut breast meat in the thigh to have "better portions". Fair enough... The manager switched out four pieces for us after he agreed that the pieces we ha left we're not the correct "size". Three of the four pieces ended up being just as skimpy and this time around very chewy. Went back to speak to them and they asked if I wanted something else. I asked for a chicken sandwich, they gave me a chicken Poor boy sandwich. We sent it back and did receive the correct chicken sandwich. This time around the crispy outside was very dark and dry looking, needless to say the meat was just as dry looking as the outside. Asked to speak to a manager and spoke with the 2nd manager on duty, explained the situation, he asked if we wanted something else and I just told him that I didn't want anything.
