Rude and unprofessional. I placed an order on the app and waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I pressed the red button after 10 minutes and got no answer. Since there was no line, I pulled up to the drive thru window. I was asked if I was there for a pick up order, I let him know I had placed an order over 20 minutes ago and just wanted to see if I could cancel it. He then rudely turned and said, are you here to pick up an order or not. I asked, are you talking to me, because I thought maybe he was just being rude to someone else who was ordering, and he proceeded to say, yes, one of you two, whoever (there's was 2 of us in the front) I'm trying to make my life easier, so what's your name. I responded and he closed the window, before I could say anything else. He proceeded to get my order (a grilled cheese) that was probably sitting there for 20 minutes and was telling someone else my 2 drinks, that weren't made yet. He opened the window and I told him again, I would just like to cancel my order, ignoring me and taking someone else's order he stood holding the bag out the window moving it up and down. At this point I didn't want a cold grilled cheese nor my drinks anymore, I just wanted to cancel the order. With his attitude and rudeness I drove off because I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with him when I had already asked him twice to cancel the order. I called when I left and no one answered. I sat in your drive thru for 20 minutes without exaggerating. 4 more cars built up behind be had to shut off theyâre cars and lower the window because supposedly your drive thru attendant never heard the bell as I pulled up. I honked my horn 10 times and yelled hello 10 times. Itâs sad when you have a line full of money and they start driving off. I watched as three cars who payed pulled away from the window. I kept honking you canât tell me when the window is open you donât hear a horn honking repeatedly. Tiana did not give one damn care at all just rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and said âitâs not her fault the bell never went off to know you were thereâ. I asked does the establishment not have cameras to see the long line building up and no orders being taken to which she said âwe do but weâre to busy to see the screenâ. HOW ARE YOU BUSY WHEN NO ORDERS ARE BEING TAKEN!!!?? If you do have camera rewind to Sunday Feb. 25th at 3:45-4:15pm. Tell me whatâs the excuse for this. And whatâs the point of having someone in management who clearly has no care for customers.    Read moreI rarely leave bad reviews but everytime I come here Iâm reminded why I donât. I scanned others and seems to be the same complaints. The wait time I can handle it seems theyâre understaffed half the time. I can sympathize. But every time I get my order (usually for my kids ) they are either âout of itâ or âjust started the ice cream machineâ thatâs usually what I go for since itâs usually for the kids. Now when I do get the right order the ice cream has no cookies in it. This time a grape NERDS slush, I kid you not 2-3 nerds in the slushie. Thatâs the photo I provided. As I went across the road to get a McFlurry from McDonaldâs I ended up just ordering all new food because they didnât even get my kids order right. This has happened before and just gave them both corn dogs. The icing on the cake is when the server comes out with three drinks. Drops a straw and doesnât bother to get it or replace it. So to summarize three drinks two straws. Two orders one wrong. I hit the button to re order no one ever responded so thank you Sonic for taking me across the street to spend more money at McDonaldâs. They really need to either staff or get the employees re trained there because shorting drinks that is usually for kids is terrible, money wasted.
