KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

This place is hit or miss with service but my last visit on 10-4-2023 will be my last, for a while at least. I made an online order and when it said it was ready, I went to the store. You guessed it, wasn't ready. Stuff happens sometimes but anyway, when I got there, the only customer in the store btw, with at least 4 people behind the counter (not during a rush) waited 3 mins before anyone even said hi, welcome, anything and yes they saw me. They weren't busy as they were leaning. When some young lady did come, she asked for my name went to the back and then went back to the drive thru window and stood there. No update or anything or even, it'll be ready shortly, etc. Stood around for another 5 mins before some young man asked me if I had been helped. That young man did help me out. Turns out he was the cook. He actually hadn't started working on my order until he asked my name and went to check on it, so i dont know why the drive thru girl even asked me for my name -_-. I bought a 8piece family meal 4 piece chicken tenders a large mac and chesse and half my order was missing....spend 75$ on this place for them to not even give me what i was missing 2piece of chicken for my family meal ..my chicken tenders a large bowl of mac and chesse and all my biscuits .. i call like 5 times nobady picks up.. had to drive back and than the girl gives me a bowl of mac and chesse and tells me come back tomorrow for the rest .. like really .. i come back today and they give me wt i was missing but i didnt take the biscuits m kids had already ate the rest of the food soo wt do i need plain biscuits for ..not even get nothing extra no discount ..nothing .. all i get is well sorry we only had one person working ..i was like really ...like if it was my fault ... they charge u for the food u order and not give u wt u pay for ..this was a really bad experience for me ..chicken was a...

Absolutely poor service. Made an online order of food while en route to the location. App said would be ready before we got there. Arrived to find an empty drive through, when we got there they had us pull to the curb ahead. Three cars came through the drive through and were served promptly during the 20 minutes I sat in my car waiting. Being fed up, I went in to find my food getting cold in a bag on the counter.

It got worse, I got home to find that extra crispy to them means so soggy it's falling off the chicken when lifting it outta the bucket. They also failed to get the ordered condiments in the bag.
