DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING!!! I went through this Burger King tonight and waited at the window for about 15 to 20 minutes with nobody coming to the window to let us know anything. Then they didn’t give us our barbecue sauce for our nuggets so we had to turn around and go back and nobody would come on the speaker, I said hello three or four times so I went inside and the two boys that were in there saw me at the front desk and did not bother to ask me what I needed or anything so I said sir loudly three times, he finally walks very slow over to me, and I explained to him that we sat in the line forever for our food, then not to even give us our barbecue sauce. He looked at me like he didn’t even understand English then he goes to look and says, we don’t have any. I said do you have any other sauce and he says “buffalo” and I said nothing else and he says “sweet-and-sour” I said can I have sweet-and-sour he came and gave it to me and I asked if there was a manager there and he looked at me and said NOPE it’s just two people here tonight. I said so it’s just y’all two boys tonight and he says Yep, roll his eyes and walked away. I said OK and walked out. I asked to add 3 drinks at the window and they told us that would be the last time they allow that in a rude way and continued to say that and then just walked away rudely. When we got home ,I called to make a complaint and a lady named Tiana answered and said nothing so I said "Hello? Can I speak to a manager?" She says, "HOW CAN I HELP YOU? " I repeat the same thing and she says "HOW CAN I HELP YOU ?????" I repeat the same thing a third time and she says really rude and loud "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!?" So I say "is this a manager? " and she says "YES! NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT? " She continues to give attitude and then hangs up on me and 5 minutes later ,I receive a call from the actual manager and he tells me she was not the manager and begs me not to call corporate. He repeats the same ramble over and over that he does not want to lose me as a customer and to please not call corporate, that he'll give me a free whopper if I don't call corporate. A FREE WHOPPER. Read moreFirst off, I walked in and it was empty yet all the tables were dirty. Then I thought, “oh they just mopped” but nope. Their AC unit throughout the store was leaking all over the floor everywhere. The whole floor is wet. Then there’s tons of flies, ants and spider webs all over the dining area and tables. The fountain drink machine also didn’t work. Clearly, this restaurant is not for dine-in. They had 2 workers. They were very kind and sweet but the place was a mess. I ordered the special drink that comes in a how to train your dragon cup and they didn’t have it, and I paid extra for it. The kind cashier girl offered me another drink and I took it even tho it still was less than the cup I ordered. They had nothing in the How to Train Your dragon theme which isn’t a huge deal to me but my kids were excited for it. The kids meal I ordered didn’t have a toy either.
