On 9/11/2025, I placed an order for dinner for my children at approximately 7:30 PM. Upon my return home after 11:00 PM, I discovered that the order had not been delivered.
Following this discovery, I contacted the Rigsby location. A manager confirmed the non-receipt of the order and assured me that a dinner credit would be applied to my account. However, when I attempted to utilize this promised credit the following day, I was informed by the Rigsby management that the credit would not be honored.
In an effort to resolve the matter, I requested to speak with an Area Manager. During our conversation, I reiterated that the pizza had never been delivered. The Area Manager then communicated that the delivery driver had reported the order as successfully delivered to my residence. I found this explanation unsatisfactory, as it directly contradicted the verifiable absence of the delivery, and I expressed my considerable frustration with the time and effort required to address this unresolved issue.
Given the circumstances, I formally requested a full refund for the unreceived order. I was advised by the Area Manager that this refund would be processed within 2-3 business days. Regrettably, to date, this promised refund has not been received. The overall interaction with the Area Manager did not lead to a satisfactory resolution, and I felt my concerns were neither adequately addressed nor understood.
This series of events, characterized by a failure to deliver, a refusal to honor a promised credit, and a subsequent failure to issue a promised refund, coupled with the lack of understanding from management, has led to a complete erosion of my trust in your service. Dear Papa John’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your 4525 Rigsby ave suit 114 on date 8/15/24. I placed an order through the Papa John’s app at 8:17 PM. Although my payment was refunded due to a technical issue, I decided to go to the store to inquire about my order.
When I arrived at the store, I was acknowledged by one of your employees, who confirmed that my order was being prepared. I waited patiently until 8:40 PM, but when I asked about my order again, a different staff member informed me that my order had not been placed at all.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the rude behavior of the staff member who spoke to me. She told me that I would have to wait again for my order to be placed and prepared, and she dismissed my concern about the previous employee’s acknowledgment of my order. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.
I have always enjoyed Papa John’s pizza, but this experience has left me reconsidering my choice. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the service issues at this location. Customers should not be treated with such disregard, and clear communication is essential to providing a positive experience.

To come to the front after reading some of these reviews this issue is not the first time. 2nd I didn't know Papa Johns had a policy of not accepting any bills over 20.00 bills in store... I get delivery but in store.. So I had to go look for change in the area to get my order... Doing so as Im waiting in my car to get off my car was hit and scratched twice if I didn't have to looking for change my car never would have got scratched... So finally got my change went back to the store and this young lady was so damn rude! By time I got home my pizza was cold.. If I wanted cold pizza I would have just gotten frozen pizza... Papa Johns something really needs to get done about the customer service in this place it was such a inconvenience to have go around looking for change then to get cold disgusting pizza... The sign was clearly a home made one not sure if this is Papa John official policy .. .
