KITCHEN: these people serve some good food. i order breakfast tacos and they put a lot of food in the tacos, a lot. the staff is friendly in this kitchen and always greet me. the lunch plates and specials are also outstanding. whether soups (caldo) or their other plates (platos). the torillas are like homemade, delicious. the menduo and babacoa are off the hook. stay away from their burgers though. DELI: the late shift here is just rude, unprofessional. moreover, be careful when choosing the meat. some are just no good for consumption anymore. regardless, they still want to sell the rotten meats. choose and point to the pieces of meat you want. GENERAL STORE: they have a little of every thing. just some items are really expensive. it is because of the DELI i have no choice but to give them three stars. i should give them two stars, but the kitchen food and the staff there, they are receiveing three stars. thank you. p.s. do not go too late and order menudo. if you do expect nothing but water, no meat. they should just stop serving once it...

We went to get meat and the man was helping a woman and another man behind the counter was cleaning the floor and handling products for the job. I was ignored until my husband came up and the other man told the guy cleaning to help us with our purchase. My husband and I noticed he didn’t put on clean gloves or put new ones on over the ones he was already wearing to clean. So my husband asked him if he can put on clean ones and the guy argued that “there’s nothing on the gloves” and was holding them up to show him. We were both like,” but ur cleaning dirty floors and handling chemicals and he got mad and rolled his eyes and sighed really loudly. i bought some tostadas from here and they tasted TERRIBLE. a few days later i finally returned with my receipt and asked for a refund I had gone 2 days later but they advised me they needed the receipt. Jessica a employee there was BEYOND RUDE AND DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. she then called her manager who said i could exchange it for something in the same price or store credit but NO REFUND because it had been a few days and the expiration date was fine. she said even if it taste bad the expiration date was fine so it made it okay!!!!!!!!!!! when i agreed to take the store credit Jessica said but you have to do it now. she never mentioned that to start with.
