Sooooo I paid $90 for a shell for my car key remote to replaced ... my shell finally comes in after 3 days only for the most unprofessional thing to happen . The guy I originally gave my key to started working on my key all of sudden he leaves and this younger guy comes in and takes over right there I knew something bad was fixing to happen . What do you know the younger guy starts asking me all the questions bc he didn’t take apart the key himself. The only thing that was damaged was the shell well the first guy didn’t try to put my chip in , he just put the key together and left the younger guy explains to me that the glue that I used covered my chip ... he said he was trying but I felt like he was rushing but I did UNDERSTAND THAT WAS MY FAULT . Here’s why I’m mad, the only way I could get my key fixed was to use ONE piece of the shell SMH he then tells me that it is their fault bc they didn’t Check the key first before I paid , I BROUGHT THE KEY UP THERE FIRST I don’t know how this happened but now I have a weird key a new bottom and old piece and old key smh only way for them to fix it is if I pay for the whole thing . Read moreI ordered a keyless remote last Saturday they told that my would be arriving on Thursday,I'd called on Friday afternoon to check if the remote arrived, they said yes it was there,so I told them that I'll be there on Saturday,so when I went to Absolute Lock&Safe office, they told me that the remote hadn't arrived and to check on Monday to see if it arrived.
