Terrible service!!! I came in and went to the area where the DoorDash pickups are. Not one of either of the two workers on shift acknowledged me. The ppl in line were able to make their orders. Once the line was gone, still no one asks if I need anything. The guy there who started his shift at 2pm was having a full blown conversation with a young lady he knew while he fondled with two cups she gave him for refills. All the while constantly making eye contact with me. He's standing around, pretending to be busy and I'm still standing in the lobby waiting to be helped. It was evident that my presence was being ignored so I stated out loud to anyone that had ears to hear that I am waiting on a DoorDash order. The young lady gets the food and he gets the drink and then asks me to confirm the order. Excuse me? After you just stood there knowing you had a DoorDash order waiting for pickup???? The customer service there seriously needs improvement. That was my first time there. I haven't eaten from this place at all before & now never will. The same way the customers are greeted in the drive through, should be the same courtesy given for all customers inside. I have no choice but to assume that the guy seemed a bit racist. There were only Caucasian ppl in line, Caucasia ppl constantly coming up wanting condiments and refills being helped, yet I'm still waiting. There needs to be a manager on shift to monitor needs or be the voice for the ppl who don't know how to do their job. McDonald's, Whataburger, KFC...etc All these places acknowledge you and ask if you have a...
Read moreI have only tried their tender strips, that's generally the only kind of chicken I ever order at fast food places and these are pretty good. Very consistent, quality wise, and I've never gotten any that were cold or sitting under the warmers too long.
Fries are standard fare crinkle cut spuds, good when they're hot and fresh, dip well in the gravy, which they give you plenty of with your order.
Where this place really shines is with their Tender Tuesday deal. It's a generous serving of 16 tenders, 4 rolls, and a whole lot of gravy for $12. Can't beat it.
Also, their sweet tea is bar none the best around. Ask for the spice "Serendipity" seasoned salt when you order, too. It's not that hot, but has a good flavor to it. You can get the regular one too, if you're one of those people that think mayonnaise is spicy.
The drive thru is not like a traditional one, you don't order through a microphone, rather, they come out to your vehicle and take your order, then come back a little while later with your fried chicken goodness. There are two lanes next to the restaurant to line up at, and they're pretty good at serving each car in the order they arrive. Be considerate and ask for any extras (like the seasoned salt) while you order and save them an extra trip back in, rather than when they deliver the goods. It's just...
Read moreI haven’t even eaten at this place yet but I can tell you right now I already don’t recommend it because the manager is so beyond rude. I called and asked a simple question “ are you hiring” and she would not answer yes or no she just kept on telling me that “well..need to fill out an application so that way I can get a chance to call you about that”. I was being very polite and I said Okay I was just asking because my little brother just turned 16 he’s looking for his first job so we’re just trying to help him out and she immediately responded with “ well then he should be calling me NOT YOU” which is probably true but when you are listening to me and I’m being polite I’m telling you this is his first job and as his big brother just trying to help him out there’s simply no reason to be so rude not to even mention how rude she was in the very beginning by not answering my initial question. so not only do I recommend not eating here because the chicken is trash anyways you can get better chicken elsewhere anyways but I also recommend not working here because I can’t even imagine how she treats...
