Went in a Sunday, did a goodle search on Brisket Nachos (reason why we selected this place). Place was busy so we thought it was a good sign of a good place. Upeon entrance was no line (register was not rude but wasnt friendly, we did inform her it was our 1st time). So it was a leta wing it here cuz she's not helpful and there was no one else in line. Cons: not friendly staff, when you get a refill on soft drink, you have to get in line to just get a refill (there is no fountain station, expect for teas and ice). so if long line you have to get i. line. Someone dropped a beer bottle on floor (took then 30 min till someone came to clean it up). Restroom needs cleaning (not kept up). If you eat out in deck (outside) be aware ppl out there smoke (this is a smoking area) no smoking inside. Food: Well the staff said on SUNDAYS they DO NOT SERVE BRISKET, REALLY!! I mention so you mean you ran out, she said NO, WE JUST DO NOT SERVE ON SUNDAYS. I said on the menu there is NO WHERE in here that says No BRISKET on Sundays and she just said we just don't. We got Two chicken gordotas and fajita nachos and let me say this Gorditas was ok/good, but the fajita nachos, smh: theu file it high and i mean HIGH, but nothing but chips on the bottom, small layer spread of beans and little pieces of fajitas and TONS os cheese. Yea looks can be DECEIVING alright. Pro: gorditas (ok), beans was good, fajitas (the little amount we got) ok and the price. So even though we didnt get our brisket nachos, we are NOT looking to coming back. This place would be ok for other who, humm hang out a place drink beer and what ever, but if you looking for a chuy's or Pappasitos kind of place, this is NOT one of them places.

Chachos finally opened up the lobby again since covid, and I've enjoyed their food. You really get a lot of food, they're not stingy! But i just read the reviews below and i just hope management turns this around because nobody wants sloppy food, nor water leaking from the ceiling. I had water leaking over our table, on the left side booths coming in from the door but we quickly moved to another booth before our food came out. Not the greatest situation but we know they're trying to get it together! So come on Chachos you make a lot of money, please fix the AC leak - roof leak. Plus check the table tops, they're loose and pieces of wood splinters stick out. Chachos already has the name and reputation but please turn this around to avoid bad reviews. I got great food and nice pancakes the other day, please improve for everyone else that's left negative reviews. You all work very hard but before you give someone a plate of food, you have to ask yourself if you'd give it to your precious mom or dad, significant other, family or friend, someone that's dear to you. If not, then please don't give it to a customer. You're way better than nearby competitors but improve so you don't lose customers, you got this Chachos "Turn it around" we will be back soon, great pancakes too! That Chacho Macho Breakfast plate with pancakes was really good!

The service is mid at best. I only hit this place up cuz they do have some bomb ass nachos and margaritas, HOWEVER, I was particularly peeved with my latest visit because I didn’t have my debit card on me and expected to pay with tap to pay like most every other business in 2025, but they didn’t accept that form of payment. It seemed to me that the order taker was super enthused to tell me they don’t accept tap to pay, and was happy to send me on my way. Bad energy just rubs me the wrong way, hence why I am taking the time to post this review. It’s all good tho cuz I get what I want and don’t allow anyone or anything to get in my way of my pursuit of happiness. 😉 I drove 5 minutes down the highway and got me TWO 32oz margaritas from 54th Street for $11. That’s $3 less for approximately 2x as much margarita. And since I am taking the time to air grievances - you’re in-door dining has be “temporarily closed” for FIVE YEARS!!! lol The sign should read “In-door dining closed cuz it saves us money and you’re not worth keeping it open.” Sometimes it isn’t apparent when a business doesn’t care about its patrons, but damn!

If you read the reviews, you will see the biggest issue is the employees and customer service. They don't seem to train people well (esp those running the drive-thru) and most employees are either straight up rude to some degree or just apathetic to the point it is obvious they don't care and come off borderline rude. Only had one or two employees actually be nice and cool. Like, I get it, I've worked fast food, drive-thru, and customer service jobs and it is hell, but part of the job is being the face of the company you work for and trying to be nice no matter how you feel (unless you have a mean customer). Before Covid, the few times we went it, the place looked almost like it had started to be redone and then they half-a$$ finished and left some stuff unfinished, because the "dining room" just... ooph. I honestly don't know how that dining room ever passed inspection. Somehow, this place has managed to stay open despite the extreme lack of customer service and how rude people can be. I guess it is in part because it is 24hr and also in part because the food is decent (usually). W/ Covid right now, there is only drive-thru, be prepared for a drive-thru speaker worse than some the really old DQ, Burger King, and McD have. Half the time you can't hear them and they can't hear you (and I don't think they train the people how to use them right or their system is cheap/old garbage). Onto the food, since I mentioned it is decent.

Their food is usually decent and sometimes it is REALLY good, but when they screw up, they screw up. Order mild boneless buffalo wings, check them to find out that they're regular buffalo wings. Go to get it fixed to only be told that they don't carry mild wings/sauce?!?! The lady on the speaker when we ordered asked: Mild, Medium, or Hot... Ask for no rice in a burrito and what do they do? Load it full of it. Sometimes, they don't clean their shredded chicken well and you end up with actual bits of bone or cartilage (huge gag when taking a big bite of something like a shredded chicken quesadilla and nomming away). Sometimes the guac is amazing in flavor and texture, sometimes you get a quarter of an avocado and not much flavor. Their chips are clearly made for their "specialty" nachos because they're thick. When fresh, they're ok, but if not, it feels like you're gonna break a tooth biting down. You never know if you are gonna get fresh, stale, or a mix. IF you can, when ordering, just order salsa, queso, or the guac, not the chips too, and stop at the grocery store for a bag or some other taco place close by.

They are 24hr, and when you work night shifts, there are only so many options. So that's why end up still coming here once in a while despite the rudeness and other issues. I give them a 2 star because the food just barely redeems the rudeness and other issues... but only...

I ordered the nachos which were pretty good with the exception of the chips which I thought were a bit too hard like they were over cooked or something, tho over all the nachos were fairly good. Could have used some more chicken fajitas added to it but all in all very tasty. I also got a strawberry Margherita which I was excited to try after all the positive comments I read about their margheritas.. So I got one to try and unfortunately I was sadly very disappointed in the drink. I was watery in appearance I put it in the freezer to try to get it more slushy in consistency and tho the freezer did help its consistency it still wasn't as thick as I would have liked. As for the beverage itself I found it very very strong I couldn't taste the strawberry. Now I like Margeritas because they are more fruity in flavor and can hardly taste the alcohol in it needless to say I wasn't very happy with the strawberry Margherita I found it to be way too strong for me so much so that I actually poured it out . It had way too much alcohol and jot enough strawberry and definitely not enough blended ice . The service was awesome tho sadly the one and only reason I had decided to go to this restaurant was for a specific item that I was informed they nolonger make which was very very disappointing because the guacamole salsa they had was honestly the BOMB and by far the absolute best dip i have ever had but sadly they nolonger make it 😢 . I found d the salsa that was included with my chips has more of a sweet flavor with a bit of a bite to it they got the spice patt down tho I didn't care for the sweet flavor it has. But all in all the wait wasn't too bad and the service was pretty good too . Definitely could use some improvements hear and there but hey we could all use a little improvement...
