Good Morning On March 4th, 2023 about 11:45 AM we decided to go to Subway for lunch. We usually go to that one because we can use coupons. Using coupons really helps especially since many of us are on a tight budget. However, Myra mention to us that we are not able to use them because scanner/machine reader was broken. We were heartbroken, but my wife asked Myra (manager) if one extra meat could be put in the sandwich for the inconvenience. Myra said, "yes" but then she changes her mind and decided she was going to charge us. My wife kindly asked her why did she say yes. She denied that said yes. Then she told my wife that she was an honest person but my wife told her we not asking you to lie. Myra kept telling me wife several times that was honest and had to be honest. She would not drop it. She became defensive. She was so defensive that she became rude to my wife and me. She began to rush me when it was my turn take my order. I told Myra (manager) that I was legally blind and that I hard time looking at the menu board. She ignored me and showed NO CONSIDERATION. very upsetting. In, addition, when she made my wife's sandwich, she put lots of mustard on subway which my wife DID NOT ENOY because of all the mustard. My wife asked for her name but refuse to give her name, but then she change her mind and gave it to her when our friend paid for four orders. In addition, we not feel right about the receipt so we took a close look on what we order and notice we were over charge by 10.00 dollars. We did not order bottle water. Also, we order small drinks but to our understanding we were charge for large drinks. My wife and I decided not got back because we not feel comfortable talking with her because of her attitude. She was not welcoming from the get go, She was extremely rude and inconsiderate especially when it came to my vision. We want this issue to be address and we want our overcharge money back. ALSO, we want for someone to call us back because there other issues that need to be address. . Thanks for your time and reading...
Read moreWorst subway experience I’ve ever had, I don’t leave reviews but I felt like the owner needs this one. When we first pulled up I thought the subway looked nice but immediately when we walked in the worker yelled “Aww come on” like customers aren’t supposed to walk in, not even close to closing (it was 6pm and closing at 10pm). The the worker started vaping and laughing as us and was like awkwardly standing there then kinda yelled again “well what do you guys want I’m waiting on you” and my fiancé was like “oh we were waiting on you” and we told him what bread and I kid you not he pulled one out, looked at it, and threw it behind him in the trash. He then pulled out another and was like “lol it’s limp, the only time limp is okay” I wanted to leave but my fiancé is too nice. The worker then pulled out his phone in the middle of making sandwiches for like a solid minute and put his headphones on. He touched his nasty phone then our food 🤮 He was pointing at every individual thing waiting for my fiancé to shake his head yes or no but I was NOT doing that. The sand which toppings were not stocked and what was there did not look fresh at all. He then began to complain about the guy behind us because “he is such an asshole” and lastly told me I was lucky he made my sandwich and I was like hmmm am I though? After vaping in the bread storage, continuously being inappropriate and rude, and not being cautious of our food safety he told us he wouldn’t charge for double meet or a drink. It was nice but not a way to run someone else’s business by...

Came to this location today and had 3 back to back problems at Callaghan's Subway location. Callaghan's location had no bread ready, was not taking card as payment, and the female employee WAS NOT wearing a mask in the store at all until she went behind the counter!!! Employee's need to be wearing masks at all times ESPECIALLY when working in food service because of COVID-19.
The female employee was also very rude and told me to just go to an ATM with no explanation as to why the computer system was down. She also did not say anything at all to me and my boyfriend when we entered the store. I didn't even realize she was an employee until she went behind the counter due to the fact she was not wearing a mask and never welcomed us to the store when we walked in.
I will be calling to speak with the manager of this location about this, with hopes that the quality of this location's service will impove because of this Google Review.
On a good note, the Subway on Datapoint and Fredericksburg has there A-Game down very well and had great service and much better set up to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I would personally go to that location instead after the horrible service and unsanitary conditions at the Callaghan...
