Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A - Far from the Usual Standard

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A location two chances to impress me, and unfortunately, both visits left much to be desired, compelling me to drive the extra distance to the Potranco location in the future.

On my initial visit, I noticed a marked difference in taste compared to what I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The quality of the food was subpar, failing to match the standard set by other locations. Eager to give them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to return, hoping my first experience was just an off day. Sadly, the second visit only confirmed my initial impressions.

The wait time was excessively long, a significant inconvenience that might have been overlooked had the food compensated for the delay. However, it did not. To my dismay, my order was not accurately fulfilled – I received a smaller drink despite specifically requesting a large. The sandwich, a staple of Chick-fil-A’s menu, lacked the familiar and beloved taste, falling short of expectations. The ice cream cone, which I anticipated would be a sweet end to my meal, was disappointingly watery and bland.

An aspect of Chick-fil-A I’ve always appreciated is their attentive service, particularly their habit of asking if customers would like any sauces. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference, enhancing the overall dining experience. Regrettably, this courtesy was not extended to me at this location, further contributing to my disappointment.

It’s clear to me now that the extra five minutes’ drive to the Potranco location is well worth it. There, the quality of both the food and service consistently lives up to Chick-fil-A’s high standards, which this location unfortunately fails to meet. It is with regret that I must say I will not be visiting this Chick-fil-A...

I dont usually give reviews but this has happened to me once too many times I had to say something. Any/Every single time they forget an item that I ordered, they get very defensive and act like I’m lying or something. One time I had gotten all the way home before I realized they forgot my 4ct strip, I called them and spoke to a very nice lady who said just to come back and they’d give me the strips. So I did and when I got to the register and told them I was missing an item, I called and they said to come in, they asked me “did you receive a code?” and i said no? and after asking me more questions about when I came and who I spoke to she asked someone in the back area and finally came out with the strips. Another time while still in the drive thru and they forgot a fruit cup, the employee literally dug through my bag to check if it really wasn’t there. And yet another time, they forgot an 8ct nugget, I got down to tell them, handed them the receipt, the lady at the front took it to the back, came back with the nuggets but proceeds to tell me , “uh she said they were at the bottom of the bag”….no…they weren’t. I even parked to check clearly before I got down. I don’t know what their deal is but it’s gotten so annoying. I go to this location because its the closest to me, but I don’t know why they act like I’m lying when they are the ones who made the mistake and don’t...

Disappointed with tonights service. I went through the drive thru with and placed my order took me about 8-10 mins to get to the order screen which the lady gave me my total which was 27$ and some change, and it took about another 8-10 mins to get to the front which I don’t mind waiting. I understand it’s dinner rush but when I reached the front to pay my order was no where to be found. The young man said the persons iPad died and someone was supposed to go out and take my order again which they never did. So I’m already 20 + mins waiting to receive my food to be told my order was never received even though it was taken and I was given a total. He proceeds to take my order at the front and I pay. So there I am waiting again…with 5 or 6 cars behind me. They tell me to move forward while my order is being placed. I’m waiting even longer now another 8-10 mins. As I wait cars behind me start to begin honking at me to move out the way. Here I am sitting confused as to why I was the one apologizing to the employees why my order never got placed and now I have these angry customers behind me trying to leave…and to top it off I asked for extra ketchup for my fries and didn’t receive not one packet…overall terrible experience. I think I will stick to the chick fil a on potranco...
