Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Antonio

First time I got the chicken here at Church's Chicken on Culebra. My first impression is that this is a small restaurant and no customer. I went inside and I was surprised how many customers came in and wait in line. This is early lunch time and the people are coming in. The menu was so easy to read and there are pictures which I liked. Ordering your food was a breeze and the prices are reasonable. I saw the chicken was bring prepared and powdering on the spot. I ordered a very big family with 13 pieces mix of chicken drumsticks and thighs with 6 no piece honey buttered biscuits. It also come with three side dishes, a hot smashed potatoes, a baked Mac and cheese and a coleslaw. The chicken was so fresh and delicious. The whole deal was $20 included tax totaled of $21.65. Placed an order online using Postmates before I left the house for pickup. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I reached the window. The lady working the window seemed to have a hard time understanding me because every time I asked for extra barbeque and extra hot sauce, she kept saying "Extra biscuits? Extra biscuits?"

After giving up on communication and saying "nevermind", she told me it would be a 5 minute wait (great.. now she understands me) and for me to park by the door and wait. After waiting 10 minutes I knocked on the door for an update (still wasn't ready). I then promptly received my food after 20 minutes.

Came home to find that they got my order wrong, chicken isn't spicy, just regular, soggy fried okra (and only 2 BBQ packets).

It only took an hour to pickup a fast-food order from a Church's that's only 2 minutes away on Google Maps. Avoid this location if possible, pretty much every other...

Ok so last night I placed an online order that said it would be ready for pickup at 7:50. I arrived at 7:45 and they didn't have it ready until 8:45. I literally stood in the restaurant for twenty five minutes before they even acknowledged me or the other person in line, then continued to wait one hour for a couple of pieces of chicken. I would have left but it wouldn't allow me to cancel the order. The lady packed up one piece of chicken, 3 strips and one drink, then realized they were out of fries so she dumped some in to cook then said she was out of spicy chicken and that it would be another eighteen minutes for that. Needless to say the other chicken and fries were cold and the ice melted by the time she gave me the order.
