DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Waitstaff is very rude. Today my grandfathers food was cold. (He had 2 over easy eggs and beans.) He tells the waitress and she takes the plate, comes back 5 minutes later with the same plate. All she did was put it in the microwave and brought it back with dry beans and the eggs had cooked in the microwave. As we left I asked for the owners name and I was told by 2 women that there was no owner. So I asked who the manager was and was given the same answer 3 times, there is no owner or manager!! The service is extremely slow, and food comes out consistently cold. I’ve been there a few times dining in, and through drive thru. Drive thru takes 15 min plus to get your tacos. I’ve even ordered things that you know are prepared ahead of time like menudo and caldo, and still wait at the window 10...

Waited over 20 minutes for nachos in the Drive thru! I honestly think they forgot about me, so I went inside to cancel and they said they were almost ready. Tasted like rubber, waaaaay over mircowaved. That was 4 months ago. I went to drive thru today and they started talking spanish, I said just a minute I'm looking at your menu. I'm looking for individual tacos. elapsed time 45 seconds..Said, OK I'm ready..nada, OK

I usually go to this place to get tacos and they’re pretty good. But today I went to pick up some barbacoa tacos and when I got home and bit on one it had a plastic bag inside. I called to see if I could get my money back and they said that I would have to bring all my tacos back to get my money. I explained to her that I just wanted my money for the one with the bag on it because I had ate the other ones. She said that she couldn’t unless I brought all of them back. I told her that it didn’t make sense to bring them back if I just wanted my money for one. The manager then said that it doesn’t matter because sometimes plastic bags end up in tacos. And she didn’t even care that their was plastic in their food. They didn’t even apologized for it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT...
