Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

This subway restaurant at hwy 410 and Roosevelt is a place that we order food for me and my family once or twice a week and we have done so since they opened up we had it delivered through DoorDash tonight the DoorDash driver did not let us know that the food was here no text messages or alerts so we walked outside for something else and the food was there just thrown on the front porch the bags open sandwiches unwrapped with about 50 flies on it I called subway to let them know what happened and they said they don’t care they do not control DoorDash which I kind of get but she was just rude about it and I was hoping maybe for a discount or some kind of accommodation I don’t know at least I would have been somewhat satisfied if she would’ve at apologized but she did not she said they have no control over DoorDash and she does not care that the $25 that we just spent was wasted so I asked for a manager she said she’s not gonna be in until Monday so then I asked for her name so I can let the manager know that their workers are telling long time customers that they can care less if we ever shop at the restaurant again so I just wanted to make a point to put this online for those at Highway 410 Access Rd. And Roosevelt this subway could care less about your hard earned money that is just wasted very upsetting Subway is a big part of our weekly food intake but it will no longer be ...

The two girls weren't even paying attention to what I was saying.. She asked what did you want today (rude first of all) told her my son will have a kids meal on wheat bread and make it ham she says ok..she starts a conversation with another girl in the back of the store after that she asked me 4 times what it is that I wanted to eat..Finally came to my sandwich I had to tell the other girl 3 times what I wanted and that I wanted it toasted.. One of the girls was putting spinach on my sandwich and I noticed it wasn't toasted so I told her it was supposed to be toasted the grosses thing happened the spinach that was on my sandwich she threw it right back into the container which had tuna on it.. I was about to pay when they were out if everything for the kids meal so I got my son a fountain drink and again told her 3 times he wanted a sugar cookie.. I got a meal with the sandwich I also added a chocolate chip cookie and as she was getting the cookie she once again asked me 4 times what kind if cookie was I wanted.. She put my order and the kids meal order inside of the brown paper bag of the kids meal which tore because there was too much stuff in there but I didn't care at that point I just wanted to leave... worst service and employees ever.. management needs to be supervising their employees or training...

I ordered online when I get there thinking that my order was being build the guy didn't even start on my order after that I was like okay at least you'll be fresh and hot but no shortly after I get my order and the Bread wasn't even toasted and I am missing all of the stuff that I told him I want it in my sandwich I expected extra lettuce extra tomato pretty much extra everything and did not get it and to make it worse I'm missing pickles so when I get home at this point expecting bring me and my wife to just have our sandwiches and go to bed no I have to throw away her sandwich because she won't eat it and I'm upset that my sandwich isn't even hot, I called to complain and the dude told me that I had to bring the sandwich back right now or tomorrow when I'm not even going to be wanting Subway at that point because this is such a disappointment I doubt I would want Subway at any point next week because of this all I expected was for the guy to take down my name and hopefully make this up to me a subway reward member in...
