Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

Came to try the new dipping taco after work today about 8:15 pm! I was so excited ! Food was great so would have given a 5 star but unfortunately the customer service was not as great! I came in ready to order and i understand people get busy but i walked in and there was no one that acknowledged that a customer walked in. I stood at front to order but no acknowledgment so I went to kiosk to order and still nothing. So i orderd and paid at kiosk sat my stuff down went back up to counter with still no acknowledgment not even a hi we willl be right with you or anything . Team membersjust kept working ...then Galvin came up and was the only one that finally came to see if I needed anything. So thank you Galvin I appreciate you ! I'm writing this review so you can be recognized for your customer service! Way to go! On further note I feel management needs to enforce great customer service to keep the warm welcoming vibe in the store instead of making us feel as an inconvenience for walking In. This is my 1st time as a dine In at this location and probably won't eat inside again just cause it's uncomfortable. Also a family came in as I was eating and same thing ...no hello ... no ill be right with you.... nothing. They went to kiosk also . Which the kiosk is convenient I get it but still welcome your customers please! Customer service...

Every time I come here (since it’s the one closest to me) they always fail to add everything I ordered. Today 01-25-25 I ordered the 3 nacho cheese DTL sup ($11.99 w the freeze instead of a fountain drink) and they gave me 3 Doritos locos tacos instead ($11.09) I also added sauce for my tacos and there was none, secondly when I pulled up to speaker the drive thru person failed to mention at the speaker that their freeze machine was down when I had asked her if I could change it & just pay the difference bc I made a mistake when I order online through the mobile app. & 3rd the drive thru person had bad service like if she didn’t want to be there & when I kept telling her no bc I just wanted to get out there she handed me my bag very rudely that all my fries came out in the bag. Last time I give my service to this location. ( I didn’t go back bc I already had a toddler in the back who was hungry from being out and about & I was already hungry so it wasn’t worth it me going back especially with how the drive...

Put in an online order 10mins before I arrived app said it was received. I get there and the guy tells me they have no online order so i showed him my phone showing it said it was received. He told me i would have to wait till i came in waited another 10 minutes and he told me again no order when on my phone clearly showed they received it. So this dude began to argue with me and should i say this guy looked all cracked out moving his jaw fast and tongue moving everywhere so i honestly didn't have time for it so i told him i was gonna cancel the order and walk out. I guess these restaurants just hire anybody if they are gonna have employees like that they will sure lose a lot of business when that...
