This particular location is new and it truly sucks I've been there 3 times and each time I ordered 25-30 minutes in advance I live hella far . So by the time I'm getting there I'm recieving a email confirming my order is ready . That would be too convenient though because each time I have went I get to the drive thru window only to be told to park and it will be right out . Each of the 3 times I've waited over 23 additional minutes .....just not very good service or experience in general . And to top it off the pizza is always always cold ...1 time it was lukewarm . So as far as online ordering is concerned I don't see the point in selecting a specific time to pick up your order if infact they are going to just make u wait to begin with . Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering in advance at least in my opinion it does. Mind you being parked while everyone who got there 10 mins after you are being served and going on their Merry way and you're still parked a total of 53 mins from the time u order online to the time you scheduled your order to be picked up and the additional time they parked u even though you recieved a email saying your order was already ready . A little too long for a simple order like 1 hot and ready 1 deep dish and 1 thin crust all pepperoni no crazy requests . Read morePlaced a mobile order at 9:52pm on 11/15. Quoted 10:08pm to 10:13pm walked out at 10:28pm. I only ordered a pepperoni pizza and three meat. Aside from the wait (which want wasn’t the biggest issue), I found this location to be extremely unprofessional. I came in to get my order and due to it not being ready I sat inside patiently waiting and while waiting I got to enjoy listening to staff just cussing, joking around, walking in and out of the facility, and not helping nor listening to their manager. If I counted correctly there were a total of 4 staff members plus the manager; crazy to think I had to wait that long for 2 pizzas and being the only customer inside with maybe 1 to 2 vehicles in the drive through (came after me). The manager had no control of her team, as she was the one working the drive through and restocking the drinks. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to wait at this location, but at least the last time the manager extended his apologies for the wait. When I told them tonight I'm sorry but this is not what I ordered when they gave me my pizza, This is what I ordered, and proceed to tell then what I actually ordered the cashier that took my order decides to argue and accuse me of not ordering what I told her that I ordered and she didn't apologize for getting the order wrong at all or offer to fix it either. Then a manager came and gave me a refund and fixed my order and apologized for the mess up but the cashier was so disrespectful.
