I feel bad about the one star, but I'm just being honest. I had been here one other time just for coffee togo and that was a horrible experience. I was there forever waiting for service. They only paid attention to the only other customer that was there. He was a male customer, and the servers were female. You get what I'm saying. So today my Uncle wanted to try their food. Not too happy. They overcooked my eggs and taste like metal. Bacon was way overdone, burnt. The papa ranchero, just potatoes with a touch of ranchero sauce. So dry. The bean and cheese was tasty, but had too much salt. I was thankful that it was still edible. Such a big disappointment. The coffee was not great, but the tea is good. Then the customer service is not there. The server never smiled. She was cold and hard. The tables when you walk in we're not clean and it was empty. They just needed to be wiped down. They don't have drive thru so I don't know what would keep them from keeping the tables clean. The rest of the dining room was clean though, but look messy. They have to align the tables and booth to fix that. I didn't want to go back after my visit for coffee and I definitely will not be back again. I hope this review is...

NOTICE: To this place a customer's worth. Is about a half a styrofoam cup of coffee. I had a $2.50 cup of coffee with my to go order. And when the lady handed me the styrofoam cup of coffee. I emptied it into my tumbler and asked for a half a refill. And the lady said that she was gonna have to charge me extra because I was not gonna drink it there. So I said "so do you charge every customer every cup of coffee they drink here?" She said "No. But you're not gonna drink it here. We've been through this before." And yes we've been through this before. Because my tumbler takes 2 and half cups of coffee to fill all the way. But notice, I just wanted half a refill. Anyway, I should have asked her if she was willing to lose a customer over half a cup of coffee. To which I'm pretty sure that she would have said yes. So to this place the value of a customer is about half a cup of coffee. This used to be a nice place to eat. I've been stopping here on and off since 2006. But not anymore. Following the last review. I had the exact same thing happen today. I went with my family and we had some specials which come with a drink. We got coffee and it is not covered by the special so I asked for the drinks to go and the waitress said we need it to drink it there. That is absolutely ridiculous. She even told me the same thing, "we've gone through this already and if you're gonna persist with the same thing, then don't come eat here anymore" I translated that to mother in Spanish what she had just said and she lied that she didn't say such thing. I got a soda from the special, opened it there took a sip and then left and she told me, you guys are never getting the specials anymore. Mind you my parents go eat here like probably 3...
