I went in to restaurant # E003037 off SE Loop 410 SA TX & when entering the location the lobby was Empty. My husband & myself started looking at the Menu to see what we were going to order. Female worker walked up to counter & asked if it was to go, I responded no its for dine in, she then said ok you'll can use the kiosk, I then asked her you can't ring us up she said No we had to use the Kiosk. Both my husband and myself turned and looked at the kiosk & saw it was card only & we called the worker back & said we only have cash & she said well I can't ring you up I then said can't you use the drive thru register & she walked away & then came back and said my manager will be here to put a Cash drawer in. I said ok thanks. The Female worker then came back & asked if we were ready to order we said yes & proceed to place our order. She rang us up & the cash drawer opened up & she took our money & gave us change. Immediately I thought to myself wow, she just lied to us & didn't want to take our order! Having worked fast food in the past for 6 years as an assistant manager watching this happen is Not Good for Business!! I can imagine how many people walked out because they refused to ring them up! No wonder the lobby was Empty & the manager actually allowing this behavior is not good at all. This KFC is not far from my neighborhood and for it to have employees that don't want to provide service to their customers just makes us drive to the next location or go next door to taco bell. Finally after about 8 min an employee comes up to us and tells us WE HAVE TO USE THE KIOSK BECUS WE ARE BUSY WITH DRIVE UP. We didn't even get an I'm sorry. But ok, then a lady from drive thru walks in to talk to a manager becus she ordered a Meal and they charged her separate for each of the items. She wanted a refund. First thing I hear from the employee is We Don't do refunds. We can offer you food. Customer wanted a Manger, district manager, someone in management to explain how KFC DOESN'T ALLOW REFUNDS. Read moreIt was literally a Circus with a bunch of Clowns on their phones working in the kitchen. I went through the drive thru at 6:15pm I ordered a family meal and payed $45. The girl at the window told me to park in the front and they would bring my order out. I would imagine they have a system to get a description of the vehicles so they don't confuse orders, but they don't. They gave my order to another vehicle. After 30 minutes I went into the restaurant to ask for my order. The counter was busy with people complaining about orders and refunds. I finally received my order and left that Circus. I got home to a single serving of sides, dry corn, and I didn't receive my whole order of chicken. There was also a yellow plastic object at the bottom of the bucket. Dinner was disgusting.
