Burger King — Restaurant in San Antonio

This location is unorganized, slow, and has a no care attitude for employees.

Went through multiple times and this last time on 7/29/2024 is my last.

Drive thru took 10 mins to even take my order then to get to the window to pay and receive order had been almost 15 minutes at which point the car in front of me didn't move then another customer who had just left came back screaming about the complete wrong order she was given.

They do not even food check for order quality.

This is absolutely the worst franchise I have seen in a long time.

They act like a 3rd rate restaurant with a bug company name.

I mean Burger King isn't top notch these days but seriously this is absolutely garbage and there is no excuse.

Corporate needs to retrain the employees or expel this family from being allowed to operate under...

We checked at 1020 PM and Google maps said it was closed. Drove by it was open. We got the $10 deal advertised on their marquee: (2) Whopper Jr.s with cheese or bacon, (2) small fries and (2) small drinks. Hubby ordered his with heavy pickle. The fries were fresh and hot, and burgers were made correctly, fresh and hot, too. The staff at the windows were friendly and helpful with our questions. She warned us that the fries were hot and to be careful.

These were the best Burger King meals we have had in San Antonio since moving here in 2014. I used to be an Asst. Manager of a BK in the 90s in California. This meal tasted like when I used to make them myself. Finally, there are better burger options on...

Long wait for food that wasn’t even fresh. Burgers were literally cold and the buns were hard & completely burned. Manger is too busy watching something on his computer to check on his employees. I didn’t know children were allowed to be in the kitchen, not to mention eating back there. Open drinks and chemicals where the food is prepared. Why advertise your app on the windows when this location doesn’t even let you use it? It literally tells you the location does not participate when you search it on the app. Seems like a class action to me.
