Read moreWent there 3 times in a month when they opened. Owners seemed to be a married couple, guy was cool, the wife was super salty, bad customer service from her all around. I Thought it was me so I went back with my wife and more of the same from her, not sure how they stayed in business this long with such a crappy attitude and self sabotaging front of the house. Sometimes that's the appeal of a local coffee shop I suppose, everybody is looking for a hidden gem to call their own.
This is the exact kind of hipster spot that you either love/hate. Personally, I'm not a fan of bad customer service, expensive food and a condescending attitude, but for those very reasons there's people that like to pay top dollar for over priced houses in bad neighborhoods because, "it has character."

On the plus side, the guy was really passionate about his coffee (and welcoming), and they do offer vegan bakery options (I think it was vegan) that were delicious but expensive, I don't recall them making the baking stuff in house. They did have snack options they made in house, but it's been a couple years and things might have changed.

Easy...
