40 min on a drive thru order!! I worked in a pizza restaurant business for many years, I understand it's a Friday night, and that's a busy day for pizza. But I waited 40 minutes on a drive-thru order, waited patiently as the employee told me to wait in the front. I see her passing by with everybody's order, even comes to my car by accident and I even tell her what my order is. She sees me waiting in the car for several minutes, doesn't come and ask why I'm waiting or check in on me, all while walking super slow. I see people walk in get their orders sooner than mine. I have a kid in the car hungry waiting for the pizza. Going on 40 minutes for one pizza and a soda I walk in no one acknowledges me as I stand by the register. They are slammed I understand that. There are 5 people making pizzas, One employee in the front, looking clueless. As I'm standing there I tell her I've been waiting for 40 minutes for my order. She grabs my receipt says absolutely nothing to me, other than "did they give you your soda?" Obviously not! Then, what really ticked me off is she walks to the oven, hands me a box like they had plenty of ready pizzas. Completely uncalled for to be waiting for a pizza for 40 minutes, I should have went to Pizza Hut and had them delivered to me. This location has ZERO customer service and obviously does not care about the customer. I should have asked for my money back, but I did not want to be in there another minute, as I had waited there long enough. Terrible location. Also, PLEASE notice this location ONLY comments on 5 star ratings to...
Read moreWe ordered online around 10pm since the website and google says that the store closed at 11pm on Sundays. We arrived around 10:30pm and the lights in the front were off, and the doors locked. We could see our name on the Pizza Portal but we couldnt get in. No big deal, maybe let's try the drive tru, no. No answer. We went back to the front and banged on the front door, the guy in the back continued to clean and no answer. I called the phone number and no answer. I walked over and banged on the window in the drive thru as someone else was waiting there with no luck either. He finally comes over and I tell him I already ordered. He hands me my order and tells me the store closes at 10pm not 11pm and he doesnt know why online allows orders to come in and be charged that late. If this is the case then the little ceasars website MUST update the time to prevent angry customers getting mad at the closers. I have sympathy for closers and I would not have done this if I would have had the proper information. There were other cars also trying to go through the drive thru with no response. UPDATE THE STORE HOURS!!! Other than that...pizza was amazing and I appreciate him making our order even after hours, I just wish it was properly communicated.
EDIT: I made a report and was contacted by Mark who was super amazing! He informed me that they do in fact close at 11pm on Sundays not 10 as the employee stated. He addressed the situation, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that they provided retraining to insure this doesnt...
Read moreI stopped by this Little Caesars drive-thru a few weeks ago on a Friday to pick up some Hot-N-Ready pizzas and breadsticks. When I ordered, the team member at the window (I wish I’d gotten her name! - she was wearing a LC bucket hat) let me know they’d just taken a huge order, asked if I’d like to wait, and mentioned it would take about 20 minutes. I told her I’d run an errand and come back.
When I pulled back in and parked, I saw another team member carrying what looked like 15+ pizzas out to another car — and despite the rush, everyone was still so kind and upbeat. I was fully prepared to get out and walk inside to get my order since I was sure they wouldn’t know I’d made it back. To my surprise, the lady who took my order remembered my car, spotted me parked across the lot (all the spots in front of Little Caesars and across the way were taken, so I had to park facing the street in a spot not easily seen from inside) — and she brought my order out to me!
She even apologized for the wait, and when I asked if it was still busy, she mentioned she had another large order but was still so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work that day. It’s so rare to see that kind of attitude during a busy rush in food service.
It really made my day — thank you to her and the whole team for going the extra mile and making a busy Friday feel easy. And to boot, the pizzas were perfectly made. Cheers to the crew who worked that day - I’ll...
